We went straight for the meat to avoid ruining our appetite. We chose two medium-high-end 300g cuts. One was good but nothing special, the other was shameful. At the modest price of €10/hour, if it barely melts in your mouth, it's unacceptable, and if you have to chew it thoroughly to get a bite down, it's a real disappointment.
