Enchanting place immersed in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (Irsina) a stone's throw from the historic center. Friendly, friendly and helpful staff. High quality food and drinks, with very careful and careful artisanal preparation. Warm and welcoming environment with attached private room. Recommended are the pastiera in the variant of the Lucana recipe, the Foglia with Chantilly cream and pieces of cooked apple and the classic nuns' tit in all its flavours. On the savory side I recommend the toasts but the piadinas are also not to be underestimated. The toast is well prepared with the right mix of cheese and ham. Both sweet and savory, every little flavor of the ingredients is appreciated. Perhaps five stars will be exaggerated... But personally they are all worth it because it is rare to find friendliness, competence, quality and hospitality in one place.
