Le Scalette Pizzeria Ristorante In Crotone

We ate the pizza...excellent!!! The wait was a bit long but since it was August it was actually very crowded... it's just a shame that at a nearby table they all started smoking together... It would have been nice to eat without breathing in other people's smoke!!!!

Very nice environment with external terrace and air-conditioned internal room, welcoming, clean and original in some details. The kitchen has been a confirmation for decades. Returning to the city and stopping by to taste the seafood and typical Crotone specialties in this traditional pizzeria restaurant is a pleasure. The cuisine blends tradition and innovation. Fresh fish highly appreciated and well cooked, the fried paranza and the stewed octopus are recommended. The pizzas are very good, cooked and not burnt, very digestible. Menu with many varieties of restaurants and pizzerias. Cellar with mainly local wines to taste. Amazing and non-industrial desserts and ice creams. Definitely one of the best places to eat in the city. Polite, discreet and fast service. Well done, you have been confirmed for decades and are constantly improving. We will certainly return. Seeing the faces of the usual staff again is like coming home. The only flaw is the services in the room near the tables where dinner is eaten... small flaw but not pleasant

A unique place, the place is cared for down to every detail, its atmosphere is magical. The owners are special people who make you feel at home. The service is meticulous, I pay attention to detail and the food is sublime. It's always a pleasure to come back. Highly recommended!

We were staying at B&B opposite the Le Scarlett Restaurant during our two day stay in Crotone We had travelled through Italy for three weeks and the meals we had there were as good as anywhere,The staff were very friendly and helpful explaining what was on menu as Italian is the best On the first night we had a Mussels followed by a seafood pizza,the following evening seafood pasta dish.For sweets we tried tiramisu,Everthing was exellent If you are ever in Crotone and staying as the exellent La Corte Del Geco B&B give a try

Era da parecchio tempo che non mi recavo in questa pizzeria storica di Crotone, mi sembra che ha cambiato gestione, Giovanni (non so se sia lui ora a gestirla) è gentile e disponibile, il locale è rinnovato ed molto raffinato, c’è una bella atmosfera. La pizza è buonissima, finalmente non una di quelle che ormai la maggior parte delle pizzerie Crotonesi cercano di imitare come quella napoletana (che manco la sanno fare , poi) con quei bordi a mo’ di canotto e che sembra più una gomma da masticare. Unica pecca , il coperto : 3 € a persona , per giunta con tovaglioli di carta, mi sembra esagerato.
