Once upon a time it was Osteria del Gallo, for about ten years it has been Le Scalette, a pizzeria and trattoria run by smart, easy-going and friendly guys. We are in Alta Tuscia, the cuisine is simple and economical, it is a bit of a meeting point between Viterbo cuisine and Roman cuisine. The Roman pizza is good and the fried foods are very good. Being in the area it is definitely worth a visit. At the weekend it is better to book, or you risk not finding a place. Takeaway pizza delivery.

Ottimo per una bella spizzettata,pizza fina come piace a me,non resta pesante ed è croccante,ottima. Abbiamo fatto una cena con giro pizza con la famiglia tutto ottimo e abbondante rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Small but well-kept pizzeria. The staff who welcomed us were kind and friendly. The pizza is thin, crunchy and above all light and digestible.

Kindness is at home, the pizza is extraordinary and the low price makes it a real must. Last thing, the internal terrace is worth trying in the summer.
