The restaurant has been completely renovated inside! You can eat outside on the terrace, a real treat! The pizza is amazing! Roman-style pizza is a real treat. I've been there many times, and it's definitely worth coming to Sipicciano just to spend an evening at the Scalette!

18/09/2025: A well-maintained restaurant with a private room. Shallow Roman-style pizzas emerge from the wood-fired oven. The Margherita was well-cooked and beautifully topped. The mixed antipasto platter was delicious and plentiful, with bruschetta, both plain and with tomato, a delicious cheese with honey, boiled potatoes with pesto, three types of cured meats, and a small bowl of tripe. We accompanied it all with a fragrant focaccia. Friendly staff and fast service. The price was fair for the location, quality, and quantity of food. I would return and recommend it.

We've been coming here for a long time, and I've tried almost every flavor: they're all delicious because it's the raw ingredients transformed into specialties that make the difference. The service is impeccable, truly welcoming and professional. My compliments, truly. Highly recommended.
