The food is good, the place is nice, the staff is not at all welcoming, the service is very slow (we were not able to eat the same dish all at once)

Le Picciottine è un buon ristorante di quartiere. Negli anni è riuscito a crescere e migliorarsi , l' ambiente è caldo e accogliente e i piatti sono buoni . Siamo andati in famiglia anche in occasioni come il pranzo di Natale ed è stato tutto perfetto! Di solito in queste occasioni i menù lasciano a desiderare e si crea caos. Invece siamo stati sempre bene!

Dinner for 2 with my wife. Classic first and second courses with the addition of dishes of the day on a separate menu. Wide choice of pizzas. Good dessert list.

17/09/2025: The first time was a pleasant discovery, and now it's become a regular stop on my walks in Frascati—it's a must! The pizza is always delicious and varied, with excellent options even for those who prefer vegetarian options. If you're unsure about which type of pizza to order, ask the staff for advice; they're always spot on. What I appreciate even more is the human connection: places like this, where the customer is welcomed with the same care they put into making the pizza, are increasingly rare. Adriano and his team are professional, friendly, and personable: they always manage to put me at ease. Highly recommended!
11/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the pizzas were excellent with perfect leavening, toppings, and service. These are the best pizza by the slice restaurants in Rome and the province.

Osteria Del Grillo Parlante

23/09/2025: I found it by chance while searching on Maps and it was very good. For an appetizer, we had 1 supplì and crostini with 6 different sauces to spread on bread. And 3 very good pizzas: thin, crispy, and well-seasoned. The waitress who served us was really friendly and had an extra touch. The place is clean and well-decorated. A classic trattoria. What can I say? I would gladly return to try other dishes, especially the cuisine.
01/09/2025: Saturday evening, we arrived at 8:00 PM and asked for a table for two. The waitress asked me if I had a reservation because everything was booked. I told her I didn't have a reservation and wanted a pizza. She told me to wait while she looked at the reservations. I have a table at 9:00 PM; if you're up at 8:45 PM, I'll seat you. I thanked her and ordered a speck, radicchio, and gorgonzola, an Umbrian pizza, and two medium-sized spinach pizzas. The pizzas were very good and easy to digest. We left the table at 8:40 PM. Thank you so much for your kindness and the delicious pizzas.
