Amazing hotel with spectacular city views a view of burj khalif from the hotel and pool area very clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and restaurant/Pool menu so much to choose from, stayed on the 25th floor comfy bed, a bathtub, kitchen and effective washing machine dishwasher, spacious lounge room and balcony with city views the room was clean Daily with fresh towels, highly recommend this hotel five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️plus on arrival we were served with cold water and chocolates, our bags were delivered to our room, the staff went over and beyond, will visit again, walking distance to the Dubai mall, fountain. Very nice hotel, spacious and clean room, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast, discounted parking.

The hotel is well located for buses to the typical tourist spots. A bit noisy and unfortunately a bit dated. Service was impeccable, even with an arrival after midnight. Excellent underground parking and a great location for exploring Naples on foot.

I stayed here for the OTB 2025 event. The value for money isn't great; I expected more for what I paid. The room was okay overall, but I wouldn't consider it 4-star. The bar closes at 11:00 PM; I'd suggest installing a vending machine so you can get a drink without having to go out late at night. The location is incredibly convenient: the central station is just a few minutes' walk away.

Located in a poor part of town. Very crowded and dirty. The rooms need to be updated. Tried to use the fitness center but had to get our key activated to use it. They gave us a hard time said it didn't open until 9 when it's posted 8. They activated our key but it still wouldn't work.

Access to the hotel, from the street, is not adapted for people in wheelchairs. If you have mobility difficulties, this is not your hotel. If you are traveling with a companion, you are next to Piazza Garibaldi. The city of Naples is not very adapted either.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The hotel is just steps from the Naples train station. It also has an adjacent covered parking lot. It has several meeting rooms of varying sizes. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.
