All the staff is super friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Good location, depending on your itinerary when visiting Naples.

We happened to be there for one night due to a flight cancellation. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, the rooms are large and spacious, the cleanliness is up to par. Excellent breakfast. The Garibaldi station is nearby and the city center is a 15-minute walk away.

Good hotel, nice rooms, very good breakfast. Next to the metro, 4 stops from the center, the only minus is the area around the hotel not very good.

Not my favorite air conditioning situation.

This hotel's proximity to the central station makes it an excellent choice for business trips, offering easy access to all areas of the city. While the rooms are clean, they could benefit from renovation (as shown in the photos). The staff was attentive, although there was a minor issue when requesting a knife to cut cheese in our room after midnight. They explained they couldn't provide metal cutlery past that time, but a plastic alternative was offered. Considering the price and location, I recommend this hotel for business travelers seeking a functional stay. However, if you prioritize a more aesthetically pleasing or tourist-centric experience, another property might be better suited. One tip: When you are in Naples, avoid taking random taxis. Prices can be much higher than those arranged through restaurants or hotels.

We had a wonderful dinner with excellent service. The ravioli recommended by Raphael was amazing as was the wine. We will definitely return.
