I don't know... I often went for lunch, I never minded it! Until, however, while taking a quick trip to the conè in the first place, I decided to go up and eat a sandwich... I took a bite and placed the sandwich on the saucer when at a certain point I saw a worm coming out of the sandwich (at this point I deduced it was already inside the salad which hadn't been washed before).. I went to the gentleman QUIETLY, expecting at least an apology and that he would change my sandwich, his response? Oh ma'am it can happen and then leave leaving me at the counter. Needless to say, I never went back and I won't go back again, I now prefer to go to namí, on the other side, the staff is more courteous and honestly I also find more quality and attention in things.
