Una cena eccellente qui al ristorante Aqua. Innanzitutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, di classe, con divisa. L’ambiente è elegante, con luci e musica soffuse. L’ombrina marinata al gin tonic, ordinata come antipasto, è stata davvero una sorpresa: un piatto così gustoso e ben equilibrato. Ottimo il dessert: una versione rivisitata del tipico dolce ricotta e pera. Ristorante situato all’interno del complesso Le Dune. Sarebbe bello tornarvi.
