**Hotel Review: Great Hotel with Good Staff, But Breakfast Could Be Better** I recently had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this hotel on the edge of the old town, and overall my experience was very positive. The hotel itself is fine. The quiet location contributes to a relaxing stay, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the hotel room worked very poorly. The staff deserves a special mention. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. Another plus is the parking. The hotel has ample parking facilities, which is very convenient for guests who come by car. It was nice to know that my car was parked safely and close by. The only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast. Considering the overall quality of the hotel, I had higher expectations for this. The selection was quite limited and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It wasn't bad, but certainly not on the same level as the rest of the hotel. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay with good service. Hopefully breakfast will be improved in the future so that the entire stay is perfect.

Great gem of a boutique hotel located 10min walk from the lake, right on the edge of the old city. Rooms are very large and well equipped with great bathrooms. The rooms are also full of character with the charms of the old convent kept nicely. The staff is very helpful and responsive making the overall experience quite pleasant. The hotel has some parking spots but it needs to be booked in advance! Otherwise they indicate a parking lot next door which remains rather convenient.

We love the hotel absolutely. Great to have the small cozy pool to enjoy a fresh dive into cool water every afternoon 😍

Ideally located on the edge of the old town of Como, we were particularly pleasantly surprised by the stylishly furnished large room with a large seating area and large bedroom. The staff is friendly and competent. Worth mentioning is the good service at breakfast and the great restaurant recommendations.

Exceptional location and service!

We loved this hotel so much! Everything was just perfect! The staff were so friendly, the breakfast amazing and the room nice and clean. The hotel feels literally like Italy: the small pool in the courtyard, the coffee, the brick walls, and the cute breakfast terrace. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the high costs of Como. Definitely do not skip this hotel when visiting, this is the perfect option for a couple days of exploring lake Como.

A hotel created under an old structure, they wanted to take advantage of all the spaces, so they have placed rooms that between the room and the bathroom there are 12 steps, to go up and down a total of 24, which is crazy, especially at night, which becomes more dangerous, which seems to me to be totally unacceptable. That they do not want to take so much advantage and conform the distribution according to something modern. IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE 4 STARS, I don't know how you get to that. The reception was grumpy when making the claim, when changing rooms they scratched my suitcases, not even on the plane that bad. Basic breakfast, but quite complete and abundant. Only recommended for the area, it seems to me that the price-service ratio is very bad, it is preferable to pay a little more and go next to the lake! The rooms were dimly lit, I had to use a flashlight to get comfortable! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!

An excellent hotel in an excellent location in Kom. They also have their own parking lot.

Hotel in a super central area, located in the center. Very clean and tidy room. Rich breakfast buffet and very friendly staff available to give information on tourist attractions. Michele and Chiare super professional. I'll be back for sure. Super recommended 😎
