Kind and qualified staff, we had birthday cakes with both ice cream and sponge cake with cream and fruit, all wonderfully excellent

One of the best ice cream shops in the Agrigento province. An institution for me for years, every time I want ice cream when I'm in the area, I always prefer to make my way a little to go here. This is one of the 4 ice cream parlors of the well-known Agrigento chain. The best of the 4 remains the headquarters in Raffadali (AG) a few steps from the provincial city. If you want some advice, take a brioche (made by them spectacular) with "pecorino and pistachio" flavored ice cream. You won't regret it!!

I went to the ice cream shop on Viale della Vittoria. It was Saturday evening. A delirium. I gave up. My wife, who does not lack stubbornness, returned after a few minutes with the coveted trophy 🏆 a double-flavored cup, biscuit and pistachio. Good, nothing to say, but eating ice cream while standing is not for me. I think a little more of seats wouldn't be bad.

Le Cuspidi gets PACKED, so it's definitely more of a grab-and-go spot. But trust me, the gelato is worth it. It's the real deal - artisanal and absolutely delicious. I had the Pecorino cheese flavor (thanks to a tip from my B&B host!) and it was mind-blowing. If you're looking for a place to sit and relax, this isn't it. But if you want incredible gelato, don't miss Le Cuspidi!

CI siamo fermati qui nel pomeriggio per una pausa gelato. Abbiamo preso due coppe assaggiando gli ottimi gusti...tutto davvero buonissimo. Piacevole la terrazza dove gustare l'ottimo gelato. Consigliatissimo!

03/09/2024: Some people call them sandwiches (which is not an offensive term 🤪) and that's actually what they are if we exclude the passion ❤️‍🔥, the love and the excellent raw materials that compose it. Reading €22 for an octopus sandwich might be scary but after eating it there are no doubts or regrets... money well spent. An explosion of well-balanced and expertly mixed flavors to give the customer a culinary experience 🔝. My wife tasted the sandwich with primo sale (obviously it costs much less than those with fish) and was enthusiastic, even in this case expertly mixed ingredients gave life to a hamburger 🍔 delicious and with an unmistakable flavour. Everything is accompanied by a tub of potatoes 🥔 and by the friendliness and kindness of the staff who are ready and attentive to every need. Super recommended 🔝🔝🔝 P.s. the bread which, from what I understand, is made by them is simply delicious, light and super digestible.
01/09/2024: After about 2 weeks of returning from Lampedusa I can't think of anything else... hands down the best sandwiches I've ever eaten! ABSOLUTELY worth trying!

26/06/2024: Abitualmente, in occasione del rientro pomeridiano, mi fermo al Bar Rio per la pausa pranzo. Nicola, con i suoi primi, rende ogni mercoledì una dolce scoperta e delizia. In genere, mi astengo dallo scrivere le recensioni ma oggi, la Busiata Melanzana e Tonno Rosso con l’immancabile spolverata di mollica, preparata di persona personalmente da Nicola, mi ha veramente invogliato. Non aggiungo altro per non parlare delle generosissime porzioni………
