Palermo-style octopus is delicious, as are the mussels and ravioli with scorpion fish. The pizza a little less. Very kind chef and owner. The only flaw is that the place is a little dated and needs a restyling.👌

We were visiting the hometown of our relatives and stopped for lunch. We were greeted by the staff and chef and had the most wonderful meal. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients and was incredibly tasty. Three weeks later and we are still talking about the wonderful appetizers, meat ragu with meat ravioli and how tasty it was. Dessert was an almond flavored semifreddo served with lemoncello and house made artichoke/cherry/sambuca cordial. This is a gem of a restaurant in a tiny town in the middle of Sicily. If you ever find yourself in Montedoro I highly recommend this place! 5 Stars all around

Excellent food, the only flaw is the fact that the pasta was a little raw but very good! The service is kind and friendly, while the environment is very nice and beautiful as a place! I advise!

We were a group organized and planned beforehand. For the observatory you need to organize beforehand and at the same time you can visit the old solfare and its museum with the help of a local guide. The restaurant is acceptable. From the astronomical observatory, located at 1100 meters, you can dominate half of Sicily and enjoy a breathtaking view.

Food bordering on sufficiency. Too bad, it seems like the place had some "ancient splendor". Now it is almost abandoned to itself

Unique environment, high-level catering, excellent pizza and cocktails, swimming pool and friendly staff. For the reception there cannot be a better choice!
