This is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful medieval village. Most charmingly located and offering a stunning view of the valley and the distant Monte Soratte. Excellent cooking, good wine list, very friendly staff. It is absolutely worth the 3-minute detour from the main road. Easy to find and easy to park (free).

Great experience in a small village suspended in time like Roccantica. "Le cucine del borgo" was a wonderful discovery: a well-kept and welcoming restaurant, embellished with a small panoramic terrace that gives that extra touch to an already excellent culinary experience. My parents and I were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff that immediately made us feel at home. Furthermore, for us wine lovers but not experts, the guided wine list and the sommelier's advice were truly precious: the choice fell on an excellent pinot noir, fruity and light, which paired perfectly with both the fish and meat courses. We ordered a trio of appetizers between sea and mountain: the Sicilian sardines and the veal with tuna sauce were certainly noteworthy, well-presented and tasty dishes. Among the first courses, the tagliolino alla norcina certainly stood out, a dish with a strong but balanced flavor at the same time. Among the second courses, the pork in a crust turned out to be a simply unique and delicious dish. The house desserts that we definitely feel like recommending are the two mousses with raisins and whisky and the meringue with custard and orange, one word: spectacular. Highly recommended!

We were in this restaurant for lunch where both the courtesy and the food were of a high level, I think one of the best in the area, for those who like a refined but at the same time familiar environment, where you can enjoy good food and the beauty of the place, I recommend going and eating on the terrace which offers a beautiful view of the area. We will definitely be back!!!

Too bad I can only give 5 stars, I would give more. Beautiful and excellent restaurant in an enchanting village. We ate divinely, friendly and competent service. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Immersi nella pace e con una vista sul verde. Cucina attenta ai dettagli, gentileza e discrezione del personale. Consiglio il balconcino se siete in due. Staccato totalmente dal caos della routine quotidiana. Grazie

Ristorante molto bello, elegante, arredato con cura, con due terrazze con vista mozzafiato. Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di mangiare nel piccolo terrazzino romantico, delizioso. La figlia dei proprietari é stato il nostro angelo custode, molto gentile, attenta e premurosa. I piatti preparati dalla mamma sono buoni, cucinati con buone materie prime. Grazie. Sicuramente tra un anno ci ricorderemo di questa bellissima esperienza.
