Excellent residence with a large pool and very clean apartments. The location is splendid, just a few kilometers from Carbonifera beach and a stone's throw from the beautiful Suvereto. Recommended.

The residence is very quiet, and the apartments are super clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-kept, and the property met our expectations. A little more maintenance is needed, and perhaps the bar-restaurant that was probably there once could be opened.

We stayed for a week. A quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The pool is large, clean, and equipped with everything you need. There's also a poolside bar. The reception staff were very helpful, kind, and polite. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. See you next year. 😘😘

I had booked for a week, but ended up staying for another 7 days. Thoroughly cleaned before guests arrived. There are many apartments, but they are well-distributed throughout, so even when they're all occupied, there's no clutter. The pool is open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm; we used it every day of our stay (15 days). There's also a well-stocked bar. On August 15th, they organized a surprise pool party with an aperitif for all guests. There's also an instructor who offers physical activities in and out of the water every day. There's also a tennis court, soccer field, children's playground, ping pong table, and a barbecue area. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. We will definitely be back. We were very satisfied. I've already recommended it to my colleagues.

Excellent location, green area with plenty of space. Very nice common areas, especially the huge pool and the loungers in the adjacent garden. Ample parking is available, although I would have added more plants. The staff is courteous and ready to respond during the day to simple reports via WhatsApp. Apartments with ample space, except for the kitchenette. Dated structure in need of maintenance, including exterior and interior painting, although some buildings have been done, repairs to toilet drains and outdoor fountain pipes. Poor soundproofing between apartments. I was in a very remote apartment, so the WiFi, which is only available in the common areas, was non-existent. This was a major problem because the cell phone signal is almost completely absent, making us unreachable at night. I truly don't understand why this problem couldn't be resolved given the lack of signal. The kitchenette was uncomfortable, small, dark, with old stovetops and very few accessories. The sofa bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The massive infestation of mosquitoes was resolved by stopping by the nearby Conad supermarket, which was fortunately still open, and purchasing indoor and outdoor mosquito repellent. In a place like this, I expect pest control to be provided, or for the front desk to be able to provide remedies directly. The interior walls are full of squashed mosquitoes.

Neat and clean, but somewhat dated apartments. The pool is surprisingly good (and large) and also has a children's pool. The reception is extremely friendly. From the park, you can easily make day trips to San Vincenzo, Piombino (for Elba), Suvereto, Bolgheri, and more, and the coast and beach are just 20 minutes away.

One of the residence's strong points are the swimming pools, extremely well-maintained and surrounded by relaxation areas, where we spent carefree afternoons. The staff was also impeccable: always kind, helpful, and ready to accommodate any need. Amenities such as the reception, sports fields, and bar helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend Le Corti di Montepitti to anyone looking for a welcoming accommodation in a family-friendly atmosphere, where they can relax and have fun, with all the conveniences close at hand. We love the green location, even though there are few trees offering shade. The pool is a real highlight. Excellent service.

We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. There are two pools – one for the little ones and one for the big ones. The complex is beautiful and spacious, with the cottages spread out. The view from the balcony is fantastic. There are barbecue grills, a sandbox, a playground, a bar, a tennis and soccer court, childcare, and of course, the pools. The beach is only 16-20 minutes away. The town is also easily accessible by car. There are numerous shops and restaurants there. We mostly cooked in the accommodation. A spatula, cutting board, grater, and a few more dishes would have been nice. We really loved it!
