I would say overall perfect as always. Climate and relaxation... Entertainment present but without hassling... everything ok!

We spent a week here at the end of July. The apartment was small and somewhat outdated, but very clean. We were unlucky with a broken air conditioning and dishwasher, but they were repaired very quickly. Really good service. It was very hot, so the pool provided pleasant cooling. It's nice that there is a small bar and we were lucky that there was a wine tasting one evening where we had a nice chat with other holidaymakers.

The very beautiful complex is surrounded by greenery, very quiet, offers a swimming pool and a small bar, very helpful staff, there are also lifeguards in the pool and the friendly entertainers who offer various activities during the day. Recommended structure for a quiet holiday.

Beautiful green complex with spacious holiday apartments and a large pool with an extra children's pool. (Unfortunately this is completely in the sun all day without a sun shade) The furnishings in the apartments range from okay to dilapidated. The air conditioning systems work well, but some of the outdoor units can only be deactivated via the central fuse. The kitchens are reasonably fully equipped and have a relatively large refrigerator and dishwasher. Unfortunately there is only a set of 4 dishes available, so you have to wash them several times a day. The hotplate stoves are time-consuming and inefficient. The furniture and beds are very old and quite uncomfortable. All the doors warped and squeaked wonderfully. You should bring extra blankets or something similar for darkening, otherwise you will start the day with the sun. The apartment was really clean and you get new towels and bed linen every week. Poor water pressure and high lime content in the water are common in this region. The playground only offers enough variety for smaller children and could also use some renovation. Otherwise there is a football and tennis court, which are unfortunately unnecessarily illuminated by large floodlights all night long. A small bar offers snacks and drinks during the day. Unfortunately, the warm snacks are not very inviting. The coffee is, as usual, cheap and tasty, a nice addition to your own breakfast, as unfortunately there is no coffee machine or kettle in the kitchen of the apartments. The so-called “children's entertainment” consists of very timid and shy students who paint pictures with the children, throw a ball back and forth, or offer a type of water aerobics. So it's more of a short alternative if you want to take a break from the pool for ten minutes. In my opinion, the “lifeguards”, also students, were mostly distracted from what was happening in the pool by their own phones or by boredom. A real safety risk with a full pool with children of different ages. The staff is friendly but rather distant and the request to check various defects in the apartment was accepted, but was not fulfilled within two weeks. There are enough parking spaces and located close to the houses. Unfortunately, there are no hiking, pedestrian or cycle path connections to the complex, so you can only reach it safely by car. Walking to the next village is not recommended due to the (unfortunately) usual behavior of locals and tourists who ignore traffic rules. The beach can be reached in 20 minutes and a variety of shopping opportunities in about 10 minutes.

We stayed here on a weekend in July, the place is really beautiful... It has a lot of potential, but some of it should be exploited better. The room was large, well located, fresh... A little in need of modernization! Fantastic pool and park. I recommend paying more attention to detail, especially in the apartments because the place really has a lot of potential!

A great place to spend your holiday with both family and friends. A base for exploring Tuscany, 7 km to the sea. The biggest attraction is the swimming pool, clean and well-kept, with a lifeguard and animators. Very helpful staff.

My wife, I and our 2 year old daughter stayed here and we had a great time right away. the staff is welcoming and the very clean houses offer everything you need and private environments, plus they also offer the possibility of using tennis courts, five-a-side football pitches, a swimming pool with swimming pool even for the little ones, and a barbecue with outdoor tables for Porter to grill. A few km from the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany.. We will be back for sure!

Everything was very nice and well-kept, the park and swimming pool were enchanting, the staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. Fair price. We stayed one night because we were passing through but we will certainly return to spend a few days of vacation.

Our stay at Le Corti di Montepitti could not be faulted!! The rooms are Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped with everything a family would need to cook for themselves. The pool area was very relaxing. We were there on a quiet week but plenty of sunbeds and space and loved the pool bar for coffees, pastries and ice cream. The staff were really welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay better. Franco was truly fantastic!!! He helped us hire a car (after a disaster at Pisa airport) and ensured we were looked after by the local hire company. The grounds and other facilities were also clean and well looked after. The children enjoyed the table tennis, tennis courts and playground and just having the space to run around. The bbq areas to rent out are a great idea and a chance to eat in the communal areas away from your apartment. We stayed in a Ground floor as we wanted the outside space and there is enough around each apartment to not feel too close to your neighbours. Overall our stay at Le Corti di Montepitti was the best and we will definitely be back!!

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Although we only stayed 2 nights, the Corti di montepitti is a lovely place to stay in for summer holidays and explore the region. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.
