We had an early lunch here. Very polite and friendly service and food was great. The lamb was spectacular. I’m really happy we stayed there for lunch. Will visit again

Honestly, the prices are above average. As a native of Puglia who lives in the region year-round, the €3.50 cover charge alone seems like blasphemy to me.

Good service and atmosphere. Food was disappointing. We ordered a pasta with anchovies. There were definitely no anchovies and we had to ask for salt to taste it. Wine was not available by the glass, they offered a bottle for $25. Was very nice. But charged €35. Life too short to question, was nice atmosphere but think we got an off day….

Today we ate pureed fava beans, chicory, and friggitelli peppers, a typical Apulian dish.
Excellent ingredients, quick staff, and the kindness of the manager, Quirico. As a native of Puglia, I will definitely return.

Disappointed by this restaurant, which at first glance seemed attractive because it was well established in a small alley, with nice little wooden tables. I had a rib steak for lunch and I wondered if it wasn't a hoax, it was so small that you could have put 3 on the plate. I think that, unfortunately, as is too often the case in restaurants these days, they serve half pieces to make more plates. Same with duck breasts for example. This rationing trend is unbearable because they charge the price of a whole piece, not half! And for the side dish with potatoes, the photo speaks for itself, there were only 4 poor little ones fighting among themselves... Such an empty plate, you had to dare to present that to a customer! The meat was still good but it's not enough to make me come back, next time I'll go to another restaurant worthy of the name.

Good meat, but ridiculous wait times.
We had to call the waiter after 20 minutes of sitting to order; only after more than an hour and a half did the three main courses arrive.
I understand it was crowded, but if you can't organize it, it's best not to seat customers.
Quiet place, even though it's in a busy area.

Exquisite cuisine, truly excellent and traditional.
Very welcoming staff, speaking Italian and French.
Wonderful location in the historic center.
I highly recommend it; it was a lovely surprise.

For me, it's always been number one, a place close to my heart where I feel at home and am always welcomed with the utmost kindness and attention, even if they never recognize me from one year to the next, which means even more. The bombette are the number one in the world: soft and crunchy at the same time, seductive, erotic, tasty but not salty, they stay with you for days and days. And everything else is good too, including their smile and their hospitality. The real Itria Valley, the one of the past, before the crazy prices and the vulgar tourism that loves music that isn't music and is just noise that disturbs the tranquility of the most beautiful valley in the world. When you waste such a heritage, it means you don't respect the legacy of your ancestors. Long live Aunt Rosa ❤️
