I visited Chicche di Zia Rosa in Cisternino and had a truly memorable experience. The dishes were simply fantastic, meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The owners are truly true restaurateurs, people who put passion and professionalism into everything they do. A place absolutely worth discovering.

When visiting the beautiful Cisternino, one of the most interesting stops is always lunch or dinner at your place, where you masterfully delight with your traditional Apulian cuisine, made entirely by hand. 🔝 We can't wait to return for the umpteenth time! 🙏

Lunch at Aunt Rosa's!!! Today, passing through Cisternino with an uncontrollable craving for bombette, we stumbled upon this place after 2 pm, thinking we were completely out of time, but instead we were greeted with extreme kindness. The staff are cheerful and genuine, entertaining us pleasantly while we waited. The bombette and breaded capocollo steak were spectacular. A sincere and welcoming place, excellent prices. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, keep up the good work!

We had an early lunch here. Very polite and friendly service and food was great. The lamb was spectacular. I’m really happy we stayed there for lunch. Will visit again

Honestly, the prices are above average. As a native of Puglia who lives in the region year-round, the €3.50 cover charge alone seems like blasphemy to me.

18/09/2025: Excellent cuisine. Superbly seasoned dishes. Tip: The cappelletti ripieni con porcini e tartufi. Service is unobtrusive, friendly, and personable. The house wine is bottle-quality. I can recommend this restaurant at any time.
