Buon compromesso per una cena rapida per un ultimo giorno di vacanza a cisternino. Buoni i primi, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più sui secondi e sulla preparazione della location.

Excellent bombette with a side of baked potatoes served hot. Waiters are kind and helpful in recommending dishes. Simple and welcoming place located in the historic center of Cisternino. Highly recommended!

It was 4pm but they welcomed us for lunch anyway. Excellent breaded bombettes and also spicy 🥰😋....the hot baked potatoes in their skin...were super. At the end they even offered us limoncello. Waiter with hat and two earrings very kind and helpful. Thank you☺️

Sapori autentici, ottime le polpette, così come le orecchiette con braciole anche le strascinate con cime di rape e pangrattato. Buono il vino, conto nella media. Ci torneremo

Characteristic restaurant in Cisternino with traditional appetizers, first courses and meat. Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and courteous. Fair prices for the quality, location and position.

25/02/2025: Cucina genuina, tipica, sempre buona, quasi tutto fatto in casa, con passione. Ambiente semplice, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cortese e disponibile, da provare e riprovare senza mai restare delusi. Una certezza a Ceglie. Da provare in stagione: fave con la cicoria, una delizia. Un consiglio: prenotare in anticipo !!!
16/12/2024: Situata in piena zona centro, la trattoria è spartana ma accogliente. Mangiato antipasto "ridimensionato" con soli assaggi di cavolfiori fritti, di polpettine, di crocchette,di peperoni e di lampascioni. Come primo un bis di orecchiette alle cime di rape e uno di pasta fresca con salsiccia e funghi cardoncelli. Porzioni adeguate, prezzo complessivo, data la bontà e qualità del cibo, ottimo. Personale ai tavoli cortese. Consigliatissimo

26/02/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per assaggiare i sapori del posto e tutto a chilometro zero! Locale tipico con un ambiente molto accogliente.
07/01/2025: Fantastic....beautiful heart of Ceglie, 2 steps from the historic centre, Osteria del Chapter offers authentic homemade cuisine...Christmas lunch with 10 starters all at 0 km and strictly homemade, 2 excellent first courses and very good roasted meat.. ..5 star wine... the place is small but welcoming and the service is excellent with 2 very kind young waiters. Moderate price... really worth trying.
