Excellent choice of raw materials. Safe and trained staff. Overall very good and delicate Easter lunch. Good quality "organic" wine.

Excellent restaurant experience. Despite the moderate turnout on Easter, they reserved a practically private room for us where 30 of us were. And also the difficulty of cooking the fixed menu for so many people, the dishes were not cheap or poorly executed, quite the opposite. From the first courses, to the second course and the dessert which I enjoyed very much, in the normal case the appetizer. A great experience.

We went for lunch, we didn't know it, we were happy with the impeccable service, the really beautiful location that enhances the splendid view and the really good dishes, well balanced in flavours and taste, we will definitely return and I recommend it 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had lunch there: it wasn't the first time. Gnocchetti a sassetto with goat ragout and asparagus, nothing short of heavenly. Always courteous service. Well done!

Wonderful place, the structure is located on the hills of Cesanese in front of Olevano Romano. The restaurant is cared for in the smallest details, there is attention to every detail. Very welcoming environment, soft silent all accompanied by lounge music. The staff is very courteous and helpful, they try to satisfy every need of the customers. The food is exquisite, imaginative and very refined combinations, fully respecting the raw materials, the latter are as zero kilometer as possible. Honest prices and decidedly abundant portions. Definitely the best restaurant within a radius of many kilometers. Highly recommended.
