Excellent mixed fried fish, very fresh and, in general, we all had a great dinner.
Very simple place, attentive and kind staff.
It's been many years since I've been here and I don't think I'll be back for just as many years. Cit.
Well, it must be said that it's Christmas Day and therefore it doesn't perfectly represent the normal operations of the place, but if you show up like this on Christmas when I pay 50 euros per person, I'm thinking that if I come during the week, I don't know, they'll charge me 30 euros for tuna and bread and also a slap on the head.
I think describing the menu is enough to make a lot clear:
- Appetizer with 2 counted slices of speck, mortadella, salami and other stuff. A little cake in the middle, a tiny piece of bread with tomato and 3 pieces of cheese.
- First course: 4 tortelloni with pumpkin and a piece of pie with sausage, as big as the palm of a newborn's hand.
- Second course: 2 slices of cotechino and 2 slices of veal.
Finale with 1 small piece of panettone and only panettone, if you want pandoro, you stick to it, and a very bitter ristretto coffee.
Did I leave there with a full stomach? Yes, but only because I stuffed myself with breadsticks, because even the bread was a waste of time.
All this combined with the infinite wait for them to bring the first courses, after the appetizer, and there was nothing to digest, in fact, we were starving, and in general by the rather "meh" service of the waiters.
Did I eat well? Mhhh, normal, from 1 to 10 I would say 5.
Would I recommend the place to anyone else? No, definitely not.
The place could use a makeover.
