Three days of vacation in this little town, and every day I went to get brioche at this delightful café. My husband absolutely fell in love with the raisin roll, declaring it the best he's ever had. I'm crazy about their crucifix with granulated sugar and cream. It's so good I thought it was fried, but I was surprised because it's actually not. Their sweet rolls, filled with cream and jam of your choice, are also delicious. Truly excellent products, plus the staff is incredibly kind. I'm going to miss this place so much.

Excellent place for breakfast in the center of Saluzzo! The products are truly delicious, fragrant, and have a unique flavor. The service is friendly, very helpful, and fast! If you're in Saluzzo, stop by because it's definitely worth it.

We chose this little place for breakfast on a rainy Saturday and were generally satisfied. Given the bad weather, the outdoor seating was barely usable, and the interior, though not huge, was packed with people. Aside from the initial confusion, the minimalist, modern decor became pleasant once it cleared. Unfortunately, the gorgeous pastries we'd seen in the photos on Maps were sold out, which was disappointing because they looked truly inviting. However, the almond pain au chocolat and apricot brioche were also excellent, delicate yet fragrant. Reasonable prices, top-notch quality, a central location, and friendly staff.
