An ambience that captivates as soon as you walk in the door. Meticulous attention to detail. The chef's creations are surprising. And as he described the dishes, his love and passion for his work shone through. It's difficult for me to write reviews, but this place deserves more than 5 stars. Congratulations... excellent work. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. A place I would gladly return to.

Le Bon Bec – Quality, Method, and Attention to Detail A decidedly positive experience at Le Bon Bec, a restaurant that demonstrates consistency and professionalism throughout every aspect of the dinner. Attentive and punctual service: attentive, knowledgeable staff capable of guiding guests without ever being intrusive. The setting is elegant and welcoming, with a warm and thoughtful atmosphere; the roaring fireplace adds real value to the experience, especially on winter evenings. Gastronomic-wise, the execution was excellent. We chose three appetizers (one each plus one to share), a first course, and a second course: balanced dishes, quality ingredients, and clean presentation. The complimentary entrée and the warm homemade bread with butter were highly appreciated, a detail that demonstrates attention and care for the guest. The trio of sorbets was a perfect finish: fresh, well-balanced, and ideal for ending the meal. To accompany the meal, a glass of red wine and a Coca-Cola. The final bill was €130, absolutely in line with the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience. A fair and transparent value for money. A restaurant that does its job well, without excess but with great substance. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality cuisine in a refined setting. Excellent restaurant and their journey is not bad, the egg and the risotto definitely make the difference, the Simmental rib is good but it didn't excite me as much as the rice and the egg, staff 10 out of 10 recommended
