Le Arcate In Licata

The pasta was quite good, but the grilled meat platter was a no-brainer. Upon entering, we were told it wasn't a pizzeria but a restaurant, meaning they didn't serve pizza. Half the menu was pizza. Since we didn't want pizza, but pasta, we tried it without checking reviews. If we had checked beforehand, we wouldn't have gone in. P.S. The house wine was really bad... as if it had gone off the rails. We didn't take any photos of the food.

The first impression was of "where am I?" But soon after, you're immersed in a special atmosphere. The waitress is friendly and attentive, the food is good. Never judge by appearances. It's a truly unique place where you can breathe in the spirit of the South. Recommended!

A pleasant and friendly experience at this little restaurant in Licata. The pizzas were good, the pasta dishes were tasty with generous portions, and the fish (swordfish and octopus) was fresh and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly, entertaining, and without long waits. The quality-price ratio was truly excellent.

I should start by saying that, even though I'm from Licata, yesterday was my first time at this restaurant, where I know the owners very well. We were greeted warmly, and the location is one of the most beautiful in Licata: rustic, quaint, and inimitable. I ate the best pizza of my life, the fried fish was crispy and dry, and the pasta was flavorful and delicious. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I recommend everyone to dine at this dream restaurant.
