If you go to Nuoro, a stop here is a must. Excellent food, at great prices, generous portions and warm, welcoming service! I gave fewer stars for the environment, because, being a historic dairy, I expected a recovery of the ancient spaces or some element that would tell us what the dairy was like in the past. However, if this aspect is present and I missed it, then I apologize, but it would really be an added value for the place. Also exploiting this historical dimension would make it even more special, giving it back the value it deserves in the eyes of the public. At the moment, this value can be found entirely in the food, which best represents the tradition of the area.

Historic place in the centre, excellent malloreddus Sardinian cheese with pepper, fresh and abundant salad, spectacular roasted pecorino on carasau bread. Friendly and professional staff

Food quite good overall, the meatballs were disappointing as they were made with a lot of breadcrumbs. Rustic sauce but not bad. The Orgolese raviolone is a little heavy to digest even if tasty. Good frattau bread. Decent value for money
