It really depends on the day, I'd say. I went there twice, and the first time everything was great. The cocktails had a good mix, there was music, and there were snacks to go with the cocktails. The service was friendly. The next time, the drinks came without ice. I can't say whether they actually contained alcohol. No snacks, and the waitress was a bit annoyed because she'd rather chat with someone sitting at a table.
