From the beginning: I was looking for good, strong coffee. Somewhere where I could at least soak up some of the local atmosphere, since I was only there for a short time, but I like that kind of vibe. Pros: Small space, limited selection, friendly and dynamic service. If I ever return to Bergamo, I'll have my first coffee there, and all the others. At the bar.

The place is very nice and pretty. Inside the owner (i assume) informed us very politely, that there are two prices - short story it's more expensive if you wanna sit down and cheaper if you just buy and leave or takeaway. That's a little weird but maybe makes sense in this palce with a lot of tourists. We came as a 4 person group and ordered two coffees, the place was empty at the time with no other customers. It was a little unpleasant when the lady informed us, that if we only order 2 coffees, we cannot sit down as 4 people. Well, we didn't argue and just left. I would've been a lot more understanding if the place was full, but this just felt cheap and inhospitable. But one cannot deny the place very pretty, the lady there could speak English, was helpful and explained everything, we just didn't agree on the rules.
