Latte Panna In Sangano

Absolutely deserved 5 stars. I have breakfast whenever I can, the pleasure of eating non-industrial brioche. A wide variety of brioche, plus they make spectacular pastries. The icing on the cake is the friendly staff, always attentive and smiling.

Excellent pastry shop, excellent coffee shop, very good coffee, very polite girls, with great professionalism, or just a small comment regarding the cleanliness outside the sidewalks, cigarette butts everywhere, perhaps it would be the task of the gentlemen who come to clean, to take care of removing them, even if someone of civility and education knows very little about it... there are ashtrays to throw away cigarette butts thanks...

The food is good and high-quality, the place is nice and clean, but there's one thing I've seen twice already that I didn't like: part of the pastry shop's lab is visible to the public because of the glass, and it's not the first time I've seen staff touching/preparing desserts in less than ideal hygienic conditions. Yesterday, for example, there was a waitress touching some babbà (she took them from a large white jar filled with rum and squeezed them to put them on a tray), all with her bare hands, with long, colorful fake nails, and wearing bracelets and a watch. For hygiene and HACCP reasons, food can be touched with bare hands—obviously washed—but not with long, colorful nails or objects on your wrist because it's unhygienic. It's not the first time I've seen a similar scene, staff being in the dining room and lab, touching food and preparing desserts in this way... and this really brings down the place, its image, and its quality. So, I advise the owner to review this aspect...because it is really very important.
