The girls were very kind, very cute, nothing to say about them, but when I pointed out that the ice cream left a grainy effect (and it wasn't ice effect), powdery in the mouth. The answer was that it's a matter of taste and whoever makes the ice cream had confirmed that the ice cream was ok. They lost a customer also because they could have at least made the move of making a receipt to consume the ice cream at a later time. Obviously I didn't eat it anymore and I didn't want to eat another one at that time. Good job!

The best ice cream shop in the area, with friendly and helpful staff. They paid special attention to celiacs: they changed the paddle and took flavors from other tubs. Keep it up!!
