Very tasty, exceptionally tasty "aperitif". Everything freshly prepared. We didn't know what to expect as there was no map either and we were very glad we gave it a try. Even without knowledge of Italian. The waiters and the chef explained it to us in a very friendly and understandable way. There was pasta, pea soup with sweet and sour onions, cutting board with cheese and ham, bread with olive oil and salt, meatballs. Italian tapas? We love it! ♥

A restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating, run by Gianni Ciardelli, featuring excellent cuisine from his son Manuel, and service by Paolo Salpietro. Every evening, they pair wines from their extensive cellar with a dish of the day. I drank an excellent Cerasuolo, a white wine, a pizza with porchetta and excellent sauce, three plates of excellent gnocchi, truffles, and porcini mushrooms, a main course with Tropea onions and porcini mushrooms, and a dessert with cocoa and cream. Everything was truly excellent. Congratulations for Manuel's excellent cuisine, a Michelin-starred chef, the excellent wine cellar selected by Gianni, the owner, and Paolo's service. It's like being with family. I ate and drank for less than a pizza. Beautiful atmosphere, recommended, and everything was super. The best restaurant in Teramo.

salito a Teramo l'unico locale dove mi trovo bene è qui per tanti motivi dall'ambiente alla vasta scelta di vini fino all'ottima cucina di manuel che ha iniziato con una pizza con porchetta e una salsa particolare,ai primi (ne ho mangiati tre per quanto buoni) con funghi porcini,liquirizia roba da chef stellato anzi molto meglio,formaggio con cacao e funghi porcini,e dolce innaffiati da ottimo pecorino e cerasuolo proposti da gianni il proprietario e serviti dal grande Paolo che ha fatto apprezzare a tutti i profumi naturali della mia azienda ispirati a viking e aventus di creed,tobacco vanille di tom ford e farheneit di dior.mi hanno offerto dei clienti e amici un campari e un rosso ma ho dovuto rifiutare ringraziando.supercondigliato.quanto ho pagato non lo dico se si va a mangiare una pizza si paga di più con la differenza che qui mangi alto livello accompagnati da vini delle migliori cantine teramane scelte selezionate e proposte dall'oste gianni.che dire non vedo l ora di tornare perché ho passato un compleanno memorabile.grazie di cuore
