The room is beautiful, especially the new betting area, and the area for watching the games is spectacular. Of the staff, for me, the friendliest and most helpful is Andrea, who manages to create a very friendly atmosphere. The opening hours are fine, but they shouldn't force you to unload if you're winning. This happened to me tonight, and I don't think it's fair. It would deserve 5 stars, but for today, I'm giving it 3.
