Unparalleled goodness and quality. Excellent pizza, tasty and light. We tried “La Regina di Caserta”… a spectacle! The pizza is digestible without any discomfort. Prices above average but absolutely justified by the quality of the products. Courteous and punctual service. We will definitely be back.

Great place and don't call them a pizzeria. I also tried a tagliata and some excellent desserts. They started out as bakers and do everything in-house. So even the pizza is spectacular. A place to go and return to also because they have a cold cuts counter from which to take away excellent local products instead of the usual magnet... Also recommended for the courtesy and friendliness that the owner and collaborators offer to customers.

I went there on Monday 31/03 for the first time, but it had been planned for a long time due to the many positive reviews received from friends. I therefore had very high expectations, and fortunately they were exceeded. Format, welcome and menu, excellent. Quality of food, far above average! In particular we ate, roasted mortadella with pistachio cream and roasted porchetta, followed by pizzas and a sliced ​​steak, and finally a mix of desserts. Very good draft beers. Everything really tasted great! Super professional staff, we made a mistake in the orders and they took charge of it (insistently) even though it was not their mistake but ours! Final chat before saying goodbye and off home satisfied. It will be a regular stop for us when we return to Brindisi.

Very welcoming place and kind and qualified staff, what about the pizzas and food in general? Quality products and tasty combinations, we tried the aperitif to start with delicious fried meatballs, a careful selection of cheeses and cured meats and the really tasty mini croissants and sandwiches filled and made by them, all accompanied by fantastic cocktails. Afterwards we couldn't help but try the new pizzas, the one with salmon and courgette tartare and the one with caciocavallo fondue and blueberry cream, crazy, with light and fragrant dough. If you are in Brindisi you can't miss Romano's!!

Excellent pizzas with a wide choice.

This evening I was offered a new dish at Romano artigiani del gusto, the pizza "Il mirtillo" a fusion of flavors so much so that it disorientates the palate and requires inventing the nomenclature of new refined flavors, forcing me to ask Christian what the basic elements were to create this masterpiece. The yellow tomato sautéed in a pan and blended with vodka serves as a base for the fior di latte, gorgonzola, blue buffalo fondue and an enveloping rosemary blueberry puree. When everything sinks between the tongue and the palate, all these well-balanced elements create an authentic symphony of flavors and aftertastes, giving the possibility of capturing the necessary solos. The added value was that Dario proposed a cocktail to match this pizza, the Linvia, fundamentally citrusy with notes of sage. What can I say? An authentic poem written by the young and talented Stefano Romano.

Serata piacevole. Personale giovane che seppur a tratti mostri dell'inesperienza risulta sempre estremamente cordiale. Antipasti (tagliere di salumi) di ottima qualità e generoso nelle quantità. Pizza cotta alla perfezione, seppur con un cornicione alquanto pronunciato, in linea con le tendenze pro-pizza napoletana (il che può piacere o meno, come al sottoscritto, ma "de gustibus"). Ingredienti ottimi. Bun farcito con della salsiccia vera delusione della serata. Carne troppo secca nonostante l'ottima qualità e pane troppo commerciale. Altra nota poco lieve il conto. Un po' alto (24€ cadauno), considerato un antipasto diviso in quattro, una pizza e senza bevanda alcolica e dolce. Al netto di queste piccolezze, bilancio positivo.
