I recommend to everyone. Restaurant that offers dishes that enhance local raw materials (such as salva cremasco) and that revisits them in a modern key, succeeding perfectly. The first courses are absolutely not to be missed but above all I highly recommend letting yourself be guided in the selection of wines by the staff and Manuel who absolutely know what they are doing, offering refined labels suited to the customer's requests. The restaurant also offers respectable vegetarian alternatives to satisfy even those who don't eat meat. Truly an above average place that I would recommend to anyone

Dinner with appetizing proposals such as sturgeon carpaccio on brioche bread, smoked butter and apple and horseradish compote, ravioli stuffed with stewed pheasant and pumpkin mustard, or grilled artichoke with Jerusalem artichoke and cynar reduction... what can I say? combinations of flavors blended with refinement

The Arsenale offers very high quality cuisine, where local products are enhanced in dishes rich in taste and originality. The well-kept and well-stocked cellar offers a vast selection of Italian and international wines, perfect for any pairing. A restaurant where tradition and refinement meet in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Super recommended!

Contrary to Mr. Giovanni who preceded me and since I am an expert in wines, not only because I have been an AIS sommelier for about thirty years but also because I sell wine to restaurants (not to this one since I only learned of the reopening a few days ago) I found Mr. Manuel informed me and recommended a very interesting Teroldego that I didn't know and which went well with the dishes we chose.
As for the food and the plating, we could have had a bad day but I can hardly believe it because we found what we were served excellent, well cooked (sublime rabbit) and presented well without the pretentious excesses of some restaurants.
As for the service (diligent and kind)... well, maybe I would advise the guys in the room not to start immediately using the personal pronoun in the second person because sometimes you don't know who you are addressing... but this is just a minimal detail (and easily correctable) in a truly pleasant lunch.
As for the place (which I have known since its inauguration several years ago) it is very beautiful.
So let's hope that "the roof remains intact"
I would say: Well done, try to keep the quality as high as it is now and we'll see each other often!

After many years this restaurant, where a starred chef moved a decade ago, has reopened its doors. Few parking spaces but, near the small town, it can be found on the public road. Very good quality cuisine with an eye on local specialties. Large cellar with not only national labels. Low prices for both food and wine. The trip to the pleasant Lodi countryside is worth it.
