TOP! You absolutely have to try it! The dishes are truly unique, with delicate and harmonious flavors. You find yourself eating familiar dishes with a new taste, or dishes you'd never thought of eating and discover they're delicious. The portions are just right and the dishes are beautifully plated. The service is precise and punctual, and the waitresses are knowledgeable and polite, although, given the setting, I would have preferred them to be dressed differently (just a suggestion). The atmosphere is elegant and clean, refined but not gaudy.

A well-maintained restaurant in an elegant yet informal setting. Excellent food with a refined and innovative menu. The wine list and service are excellent; we'll definitely be back! The price is very fair for the quality of the products and service offered.

Well-kept place, the garden was very promising, but with the heat and the dog we preferred to take advantage of the air conditioning. From the menu I perceived passion and the search for quality without forgetting tradition. Dishes cooked, served and presented well. Special note for how the staff was chosen and/or trained, something that, in my humble opinion, many restaurateurs should enhance. Note on the truffle, a great passion in my family (I write it at the bottom that few people read this far..). Grated is a shame: the truffle is added, or not added, I was sorry for the middle way that did not reach the nose much aroma (the ravioli were good anyway and if I had asked, they probably would have integrated the quantity, I did not want to make a fool of myself as a "truffle morta"). Fair price.

Highly recommended. Excellent atmosphere, dinner, staff and value for money! The menu changes cyclically, offering both meat and fish dishes, with particular and very successful combinations! We ate mezze maniche with mantis shrimp, Tuscan stracci with sheep ragù, buffalo taleggio in a crust, duck breast, brownie with mango sorbet and cherry pie ... What can I say, one dish better than the other! This is combined with pleasant and non-invasive customer care. Excellent wine list! Congratulations to everyone!!

You can never go wrong at Manuel's... Great food and amazing wine.

Place recommended by friends while they were looking for a location for our daughter's baptism. We went to try it for lunch and immediately fell in love with it. Manuel is an excellent host but all the staff are always available and attentive. They have seasonal menus with excellent raw materials. They are attentive to food intolerances and offer tasty solutions. At lunch during the week, in addition to the à la carte menu, there is the possibility of a business lunch. Clean, welcoming and very charming place. We had the reception here for our daughter's baptism and all our guests were pleasantly impressed. We had the space to set up wedding favors, confetti and a delicious cake made by the chef. We returned for dinner with friends and will definitely be back very soon.
