It was all very good. I took meat-based dishes and they were of excellent quality. I am gluten and lactose intolerant. If this is the case for some of you, please make this clear at the time of booking. Maybe take a look at the menu first and the choices you would have. If you like meat it's ok. But the former unfortunately leave no options. So check carefully first, if you don't want to be disappointed.

Ristorante nel cuore di Biella. Viene proposto un apposito menù a pranzo, con molte proposte, anche di piatti tipici. Ho preso una semplice cotoletta alla griglia con patate, che comunque mi ha soddisfatto nonostante la semplicità. Spero di tornare per provare altri piatti.

Local discovery of Biella.
First of all, I believe it is one of the few places, if not the only one, that does not charge a cover charge DESPITE a masterly service with: bread, breadsticks, entrée (in our case, as in the photo, cup and potato omelette) and fruit... Not to mention the staff: competent, friendly and extremely available for our needs (in our case they were super helpful in already bringing us the divided cut, as we had taken a single portion). Food quality that cannot be argued. Honorable mention is the cut which melted in the mouth.. Accompanied by mushrooms and baked potatoes.. To be returned..
PS reservation recommended because the place is small and given the quality it is easy not to be able to find the place..

The seasonal menu is a plus in itself. The yield is excellent: the risotto is very good, the starters are excellent.

Abbiamo provato questo locale per la prima volta e, tutto sommato, c’è sempre amo trovati bene. Locale intimo, titolari gentilissimi e premurosi, menu con voci interessanti. Piatti ben cucinati ( baccalà mantecato su tutti). Prezzi nella media. Consigliato

As often happens to us Piedmontese, at first glance, the staff seemed a little shady, but after a chat they turned out to be wonderful and very kind people.
The food was also excellent and at a price that I found hard to believe: in fact we ate two first courses, one second course, two desserts, water and two coffees and we got by with less than €20 each.
