Abbiamo preso pizza e primo insieme alla mia compagna . La pizza la consiglio mentre la cucina mi ha deluso .. la pasta .. spaghetti alla carbonara nonostante fosse un piatto abbondante era scotta , gentilissima la Signora che voleva farla rifare ! Anche il servizio al tavolo è buono , le due ragazze sempre presenti . Carino anche l intrattenimento al pianoforte !
Conto corretto , gradito l omaggio del VIN Ardito!!!

I wasn't very happy with what I ordered. Almost raw pasta, second course with cold meat. It's true there were groups, but a little more caution.

When you enter Ardito it's like taking a leap back in time, you find a Rome that is no longer found, sincere and genuine.
If you "eat" real Roman cuisine, in every dish you find tradition and genuine flavors; carbonara, pajata, coda alla vaccinata, abbacchio (lamb)... the whole menu of Rome "de 'na volta".
The restaurant is located in Piazza dei Navigatori, in a very central area, on Cristoforo Colombo, easy to reach even by public transport.
To conclude, what can I say...: "if you find Rome, you must go to Ardito".

Typical Roman trattoria, a slightly dated but welcoming structure, excellent first courses, tasty and abundant as per tradition. I liked the appetizers less, but they are to taste
I will definitely be back to try the second courses

We had a wonderful night, eat delicious food, everyone one was super nice to us. We highly recommend the place those who wanna eat traditional pizza and wanna spend a nice time!
When we come back to Rome we gonna revisit it!

Conosco e frequento questo storico locale da oltre mezzo secolo, ma negli ultimi anni aveva perso un po’ del suo appeal. Tornato ai primi di dicembre, devo dire che l’ho trovato.molto migliorato, sia nella scelta che nella preparazione dei piatti, recuperando la sua vocazione di trattoria di quartiere
