L'araba fenice In Cannole

First stop in a village restaurant, far from the tourist coasts. What a pleasure to be surrounded by locals in this picturesque place with warm colors! The service is impeccable and generous, as evidenced by my glass of wine (see photo)! As for the menu, let yourself be tempted by everything, you will not be disappointed! The beef carpaccio is to die for, and the wood-fired pizzas are a wonderful treat for the taste buds. Special mention for the garlic, olive oil and chili pastas: the best in Puglia, without a doubt. The dishes that came out of the kitchen for the other tables all seemed more appetizing than the last. A family village restaurant where you absolutely must stop!

Two dinners, two splendid experiences. Authentic flavors and excellent quality raw materials, even my guests (Salento natives) appreciated both the fresh pasta and the monicelli. Recommended!

Family business with a lot of flair. Price performance top. I prefer to support small gadtro businesses instead of the overpriced tourist traps.

Ristorante nel cuore di Cannole, ambiente semplice e accogliente. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo. Portate abbondanti e gustose. Grande cortesia del personale. Super consigliato sia per piatti di terra che di mare

The pizzeria doesn't have a car park, you park on the street....we went for the pizza which unfortunately isn't that great...the dough is short, hard, not grown, not very digestible. We didn't try other dishes which were probably better. It must be said however that the prices are competitive.

Con un gruppo di 12 amici in vacanza in una serie di cene nelle quali abbiamo fatto passare praticamente tutto il menù, che dire.. se siamo tornati più e più volte un motivo ci sarà ,anche perché altri ristoranti nella zona non mancano, in una scala da uno a dieci credo che siamo al 9 abbondante dal rapporto prezzo/qualità in poi...il pesce è spaziale i primi veramente eccezionali idem i secondi da provare tutti.... peccato abitare a 1000 e passa kilometri
