Amazing food and a perfect atmosphere. The waiter made us feel completely at ease — we could talk comfortably, without the space feeling overly formal, but also without the loud, party-like noise you often find elsewhere. A perfect balance. The Chef is incredible. Special applause for the tuna belly — outstanding. Smoked flavours are very much our kind of food, so I truly believe we’ve found our favourite restaurant in Rome. Congratulations to the whole team — an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Amazing and creative food with very knowledgeable/helpful staff. We sat at the bar facing the kitchen, which made the experience even more personal. Their yoghurt flatbread with tiger prawn tartare and garlic was so good we ordered it twice

An interesting and engaging experience. Superlative, intelligent, and curious dishes. The wine selection is unconventional, with rare gems to be found. The energy is vibrant.

Probably my most favourite restaurant in Rome not only because of the superb service but every dish is a sensation and surprise which you did not encounter before. You will discover wines and tastes which you will not forget - simply exceptional. Thank you for the amazing evening and having us - we enjoyed it a lot!

Really loved everything about this place. We had an amazing wine recommended by our server after asking us questions about what we liked in a wine. I love musty, earthy wines and what he chose for us was spot on! So delicious. The food was tapas style, with very limited menu, every dish served to us was incredibly yummy. This was a perfect spot for our pre dinner après! Make sure you make reservations ahead since there’s very limited seating!

This man is brilliant! The food is creative and unique. Each dish is perfectly balanced. Don’t even try to imagine what you are ordering. Just trust that it will be the best representation of those ingredients you can find! The wines are all by the bottle but reasonable and perfectly paired by the sommelier. We dined at all the highly rated places in Italy for three weeks but this was our favorite!!!

If you love new experiences and funky food, this place is for you. The sommelier helps you pick a bottle of wine (they only sell by the bottle so come ready to drink!), and then you get to watch as the chef makes your food. Menu is always rotating, and you aren’t getting cacio e Pepe or anything basic here. We had roasted pigs ear salad, raw tuna with green peppers, and green curry clams. Also, portions are very small- so if you’re hungry, order a lot, or plan a second place to go to afterwards. More of a show/art experience than a true meal, but it was phenomenal.

This place offers a selection of daily changing dishes and an ever changing and beautiful selection of natural wines. The service is attentive. The chef took our food order and gave very helpful advice on the the different dishes and what and how to order. Wines by the bottle only and theres is only water as another drink. Reservation needed.
