Great oven for pizza 🍕 and bread 🍞

I was a boy when I queued for the excellent white pizza about 40 years ago and maybe more. Even now I queue for the same pizza. What can I say, tradition is tradition and the goodness of the pizza is always the same. Try to believe. Until next time

Excellent, family atmosphere, top quality,

Very renowned oven but the oil on the white pizza (too low in my opinion) and also on the focaccia was really too much. However, the flavor was there with such a quantity of oil, I think it is quite normal. The contrast with the grains of coarse salt is pleasant. Instead, the round red pizza, kindly warmed up with various "Madonne throws" from the person behind the kneading, was really good. If I had to pass through Velletri once again I would try something else, but in principle a passage can be done at least once.

Very nice place in the historic center, the food is top, you can feel that the raw materials are of excellent quality, I go around pizzerias and bakeries a lot and this pizza (especially the white one) is certainly one of the best I've tried, the service, in the right time slot there is a queue but it doesn't surprise me, friendly staff is quite quick, if you want to go when there is no queue the right time is between 4.30/5 in the afternoon but it's worth queuing if it is there. 👍👍
