I manage a hotel in the area, and when I'm free, I love eating at the old-fashioned trattoria! The food is top-notch, and eating in the piazza, especially at sunset, is truly romantic! The wine selection is also excellent; I recommend it to anyone in the area who wants to try authentic Tuscan cuisine at reasonable prices.

A Culinary Paradise – L’Antica Trattoria di Paradisi Enrico
An evening at L’Antica Trattoria di Paradisi Enrico is like a little journey to heaven of taste. From the warm welcome to the last spoonful of dessert, everything was simply perfect.
Even the crostini with calamari sauce for the starter was a revelation – tender, subtly seasoned, and with a depth of flavor that left you wanting more.
The curry and gamberoni risotto was a true highlight: creamy, aromatic, and with wonderfully fresh shrimp – an exciting interplay of Italian tradition and a subtle exotic touch.
And finally: the panna cotta alla Parigina – so delicate and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. A dream of a dessert!
The service was attentive, warm, and professional, without ever being intrusive. You can feel in every detail that the food is cooked with passion and served with joy.
The ambiance also contributes to the special atmosphere: warm, authentic, and full of charm.
A place that will leave you with fond memories, not only for its culinary delights but also for its human touch.

For me, Antica Trattoria in Colle di Val d'Elsa is the epitome of an excellent restaurant in Tuscany.
Eating at this restaurant is like 'eating like God in Italy'.
The menu features a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that you rarely find elsewhere. The ribollita is the best between Florence and Siena, and Enrico's tartare is impressively refined.
The entire menu is accompanied by wines of the highest quality.
Everything about this restaurant is just right.
It has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, and sometimes the setting makes you feel as if you're in one of Federico Fellini's best films.
Enrico and Luciana Paradisi, along with their daughter Christiana, are excellent hosts.
It is also the best value for money that I have found in Tuscany.
I have been eating at this restaurant for 25 years and have never been disappointed.

Per me, the Antica Trattoria di Colle di Val d'Elsa is the emblem of an excellent restaurant in Tuscany.
Mangiare in this ristorante is come "mangiare da Dio in Italia".
The menu offers a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that are difficult to find. The ribolita is the migliore tra Firenze and Siena, while the tartare of Enrico is raffinata al punto giusto.
The intero menu is accompanied by wine of high quality.
It's perfect in this restaurant.
The atmosphere is accompaniment, the cordial service and the ambient atmosphere are similar to the famous films of Federico Fellini.
Enrico and Luciani Paradiesi, with the figure of Christiana, are also the fathers of the house.
This is perfect and it also has a better quality report - before it was born in Tuscany.

Classified as a trattoria, but prices like a starred restaurant.
The food was good overall, even if the portions were a bit small for the price paid for the dishes.
We spent about €100 for two, taking two appetizers and two first courses, a bottle of water and two glasses of wine.
The service was very friendly even if when we arrived, not being dressed very sporty (we were wearing a swimsuit and shorts and a top over it) I felt some glances that didn't make me feel comfortable.
