What can I say? If you want to eat Tartare as "God commands" you have to come here! Added to this is also an infinitely good Ribollita, and I was left curious to try everything else on the menu. Chapeau!!

On a cold and windy day, a warm and kind welcome from the staff. Great food, high quality ingredients. We can't wait to return. Amazing Parisian panna cotta. Fantastic stuffed pigeon. Exceptional green risotto!

I was a guest at the ancient restaurant with my wife before Christmas. Very welcoming staff, attentive to customer needs and very professional who, if necessary, can advise both on dishes and on wine pairings. Quality soups and dishes, excellent choice of wines.

there is no better restaurant for typically Tuscan food without sacrificing quality. Original dishes and very competent staff. Easily accessible, the price, even if it is high, is adequate for the quality

Il locale ha quel sapore di ristorante d’altri tempi. La cura per i dettagli è alta. Le pietanze sono buone, succulente e si lasciano mangiare. Peccato per i prezzi alti rispetto alla quantità di cibo che realmente poi ti viene servita. Un po’ deludenti i dolci e troppo costosi.

19/03/2025: Tried a variety of dishes out of which one stood out - the zucchini and saffron pasta. It was delicious! The desserts were not worth ordering as the flavours were on the bland side.
