I'm giving it four stars because it's a chain of pizzerias linked to the historic one in Naples. There's definitely something wrong with the tomato and mozzarella flavor and the dough. The cooking isn't great, and it leaves the pizza a little rubbery. At Valdichiana Outlet, there's another location that's smaller than this one, but the pizza chef is very good and the quality of the ingredients used is far better. There's something I don't understand, because they usually ship from Naples and there shouldn't be that much of a difference. At least that's how I perceive it.

Pizza was delicious but I want to complain about waiter. She was rude to us . We informed waiter that we will be two people and sit outside, but she did not welcomed us. We entered to terras and there were many tables available and we chose table at the corner on which there were no menu and glasses and suddenly waiter entered and talked rude with us because we didn't seat next to door. Even before she didn't inform us in which table we can seat. I explained that because of cold we didn't seat there.She almost yelled at us In front of other clients that we should inform. I believe that she even complained about us to other clients in Italian. This behavior was not nice and not acceptable from our side .

This is my third time eating here, and I've always had a great experience. I recommend arriving very early, otherwise you'll almost certainly have to sign up for a list and wait outside. Prices are completely reasonable, and the food is absolutely delicious.

They gave us a table right away, but we called twice to order, and the third pizza arrived when the other two were half-finished. We were in the outdoor seating area, and it was cold as soon as the sun went down. The pizza was good, like at all "da Michele" restaurants in Europe.

24/12/2025: I returned after many years. The owners have changed, but they're very kind and made me feel welcome. The pizza is always good. The only flaw is the location, located outside in a gazebo facing the market square but heated by small heaters. I ate the pizza quickly because I was freezing. I'd better come back in spring next time.
22/12/2025: It's open late, which is convenient, and the staff is friendly. However, the only seating is outside, and there's no heating.
