Group party, everything was fine, service was adequate, and the atmosphere was excellent. It's not a restaurant that has a wow factor for me, but it's not one I'd have any negative things about either. Overall, I'd go back for à la carte.

Quick service, one waiter a bit clumsy, one efficient but not very fast, another friendly and efficient. The pizza was Lazio standard. One, sent back because it was overcooked, was replaced with another that was well done.

21/09/2025: At the gates of the castle lies this rustic and welcoming trattoria. The outside tables were occupied, so we sat inside. Even from the inside dining room, with the door open, you can enjoy the view of a beautiful village alley. The staff is friendly and helpful, contributing to the enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. The food is excellent and seasonal. The strozzapreti with ragù is wonderful and balanced. The unripe peaches with truffle are also worth trying.

21/11/2025: I went to La Bottega dell’Artista today and was truly thrilled. A well-kept, warm, and welcoming place, where you can feel the love for cooking and attention to detail. The appetizers were the real surprise: creative, rich, and carefully crafted with great balance. In particular, "Autumn on the Plate": an explosion of enveloping, seasonal flavors, presented with an aesthetic that alone is worth the visit. Friendly and knowledgeable service, well-timed, and a relaxing atmosphere. You can sense the passion of those who work with heart and soul. My compliments: a cuisine that excites and leaves an indelible mark. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a different and authentic experience. 👏
