Langwies In Naturno

There were five of us, and we tried four different dishes, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Here, you can truly experience the South Tyrolean hospitality tradition. The staff and owners are attentive to their guests.

Delicious food and super friendly, great service. Many repeat customers, which speaks for itself. We were there three times in one week and will be back on our next vacation.

We had lunch on a hot day and enjoyed the terrace. The portions are quite large and the value is excellent. The lady who served our table was kind and friendly. There's parking available for customers. A packet of Haribo was very welcome for the little ones.

The seating on the terrace is pleasant. The waitress is friendly and chatty. Unfortunately, the food is nothing special. The grilled chicken was a bit dry and underseasoned. The pork fillet was quite stringy. Strange for a fillet. You can go, but don't expect too much.

Unfortunately, I can't follow the good recommendation. Maybe we were just unlucky. We ordered the Herrengeröstel (roasted pork). What came out was unbelievably bad. The meat was so fatty and gristly that it was almost impossible to eat. We ended up sending it back. The service was very nice, and she was also quite uncomfortable. 🥴

A vacation in Naturno without Langwies is possible, but not sensible. We're coming here for the seventh time in ten years. The owner, Sonya, alone makes the visit worthwhile; she puts so much heart and soul into it. And no matter how crowded the terrace is, you can always hear her laughing and she takes the time to chat. Even more important is the food. All dishes are freshly cooked and incredibly delicious. We love coming to the barbecue evenings, where we have spare ribs, chicken, or knuckle of pork, but only by reservation! But the menu also offers plenty of delicious options. Sitting comfortably on the terrace is also protected from the rain, and you also have a beautiful view of the valley.

As always, warm welcome and very friendly service. The dishes are all very good. Everything is always fresh and daily recommendations. The boss cooks personally.
