December 20, 2025: I returned and I don't understand why it's not listed in the Michelin guide. Fantastic restaurant, delicious, well-prepared dishes (the tartare is mind-blowing, it melts in your mouth).
There isn't a single dish that's poorly made: well done, well done, well done.

19/12/2025: I had lunch at OTTO and the experience was superior. It's not fair to call it a simple steakhouse: here, the meat is the starting point for a true gastronomic journey.
The atmosphere is elegant and evocative, with airy spaces, high ceilings, and meticulously crafted furnishings. Nothing is left to chance, and a precise, contemporary, and refined vision is clearly evident.
The cuisine, led by chef Luigi Papangelo, is top-notch: each dish is carefully crafted, balanced, and rich in flavor. Technique, sensitivity, and a remarkable ability to showcase the raw ingredients are evident. Everything served becomes an experience, never boring.
The meat selection is extensive and refined, with unique cuts that reflect a deep knowledge of the product. The wine cellar is also well-stocked and carefully curated, with unusual labels and always spot-on pairings.
I couldn't recommend any particular dish, because on multiple occasions, everything I've tasted has been top-notch, confirming a consistent quality over time.
The service is attentive, professional, and discreet: they guide you throughout your meal, making you feel at ease, and offering expert advice.
OTTO is a restaurant that leaves a lasting impression, designed for those seeking quality, style, and substance. Highly recommended.
