21/05/2025: On a short tour of Umbria, on the recommendation of Mrs. Rita, we dine in this beautiful trattoria, La Mangeria, just outside the walls of Bevagna. Miss Luna was truly kind in satisfying my request for a table place. Great professionalism also in presenting the evening menu list. Excellent typical regional first courses, The second courses of grilled meat, what can I say, exquisite and delicious. For those who love traditional cuisine, this is the right place. Recommended with my eyes closed. Well done to all the staff.
