Well stocked oven and everything they do is spectacular, keep it up

Umbrian winner of the Oven of Wonders 2024.. Do we need to add anything else? Delicious apple cake, tall and soft but at the same time cooked to perfection. Balanced cherry tart, with high quality jam and dough that is neither too crumbly nor too crunchy. The exhibition area is small, but the quality perceived (and tasted) on the other hand is great. Courteous and prepared staff. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their desserts and savory dishes.
