I have nothing but praise for APO and their staff.
I felt at home and pampered like never before!
Not to mention the sublime carbonara and spectacular rib-eye steak!

Beautiful and special place full of memorabilia of the owner, Apo Ambrosi. Excellent food and kind and attentive service. Fair prices considering the very central location of the Marostica square. And then as Romans we appreciated the presence of references to Magical Rome

We had been missing for 2 years, and in fact we were surprised to no longer see the pizza oven that has given way to a grill.
No more pizzas, therefore, but the excellent Roman specialties (carbonara, gricia, cacio e pepe) and excellent meat options.
The desserts on the menu, all homemade, very good and refined.
The shift of the place towards gourmet options is very appropriate.
Well done always to the host of the place, Apo, who always watches over and entertains in his place and a round of applause to the excellent staff.
We always return with pleasure to Marostica in this place overlooking the beautiful Piazza degli Scacchi.
