Ormai sono diverse volte che abbiamo il piacere di andare a mangiare in questo piacevole ristorante. Beh che dire, sempre tutto al top! Abbiamo preso dell'ottimo carpaccio di capriolo, tartare di salmerino, gnocchi di patate con ragù di capriolo, fagottino di sfoglia e formaggio e una costata di manzo. Vino e dessert.
Il prezzo medio è dai 60/80 euro a pax.

The place and the philosophy of the place are appreciable, however I found the dishes uninteresting and with inconsistent flavors despite the presentation being pleasant. I expected much more.

Very nice restaurant with wonderful food, also for vegetarians. Excellent selection of South Tyrolean wines.
Free public parking space in the basement at 50m with electric car charging space.

Abbiamo deciso di andare in questa trattoria viste le numerose recensioni positive. Il ristorante si presenta benissimo, elegante, accogliente e in centro al paese. Al nostro arrivo nessuno viene ad accoglierci e siamo noi a dover dire che avevamo prenotato. Il menu non risulta molto vario ma le pietanze sono abbondanti e buone. Purtroppo un aspetto che non mi e piaciuto è stata l'incomprensione da parte del cameriere nel quale io ho chiesto un secondo con il cervo e mi e stato portato le fettuccine al cervo. Qualità prezzo buono.

It is not without reason that we have been visiting the inn for many years when we spend our holidays in the surrounding area.
It is always a culinary experience. What should be highlighted is the slow food idea that this restaurant has been pursuing for years. Only regional and seasonal products are used.
On the one hand, we enjoy the hospitality. On the other hand, each of the dishes is a delight. This time I chose the lamb shank, which was as incredibly tender and flavorful as I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. For dessert I enjoyed the curd dumplings with warm plums and homemade vanilla ice cream. A dream!

After wandering around the mountains looking for where to eat we ended up here, the very kind lady with a strong German accent welcomed us with a lot of human warmth. We were able to taste typical dishes of South Tyrolean cuisine.

Really excellent cuisine paired with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The term inn is very deep, or to put it another way, I can't imagine a better inn kitchen. Incredibly good value for money. We are already looking forward to the next visit.
