A true marvel! Enchanting location and excellent service. Superlative dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients, beautifully cooked with delicate and perfectly balanced flavors, and expertly plated. A true immersion in the traditions of the Passiria Valley, yet with a nod to modern techniques. Excellent value. 1 plate of spinach and mountain cheese dumplings on a bed of beetroot (FANTASTIC!!!) + 1 roast kid from a local butcher with celery puree (EXCEPTIONAL!!!) + 1/2 board of Tyrolean cheeses with homemade fig jam + 1 bottle of water €61 Definitely superior to other trattorias in the area.

Everything was extremely delicious. Everyone was nice. We had Wiener schnitzel with potato salad and trout. We were traveling in Italy for two weeks, and it was the best thing we ate! The white wine was also incredibly delicious, especially the Gewürztraminer!

We had a great meal. A small restaurant serving traditional local cuisine and daily specials. A quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the center of San Martino. Reasonable prices. I recommend Weinersnizhel to everyone.

This place truly surprised us. Almost all the food was delicious, made with quality ingredients. The staff were very friendly, and the value for money was excellent. After years of coming, I can say that everything has become perfect. The meat is fantastic, and all the goat products are fantastic.

Cena di coppia, caneserli all’ortica fuori menù per aprire (con fonduta di formaggio e burro), ravioli con crema di patate e spaghetti con salsa bolzanina e prosciutto. Tutto davvero buono (soprattutto i ravioli consigliatissimi). Cabernet Sauvignon non male! Ristorante non turistico e prezzo in linea. Consigliato!

13/08/2025: I had been several years ago, completely changed the refuge, quiet walk, those who want can climb Monte Muro, had a slice of very good poppy seed cake and a drink.
