A rustic, welcoming atmosphere typical of South Tyrol, historic and beautifully renovated. High-end cuisine: a fusion of local tradition and Mediterranean influences. Homemade bread and pasta, mostly made with locally sourced ingredients. A gastronomic delight.

A highly recommended restaurant if you want to eat really well. Great ambiance, excellent service, and the food is fantastic. I had a very tender beef fillet with amazing mashed potatoes. The desserts are also not to be sniffed at. The strudel of the day with vanilla ice cream was fantastic. Highly recommended and, for us, one of the best restaurants in the area.

Ristorante Pizzeria Sun Valley Stubele

07/02/2026: Lodging in a B&B you have to look for a place to eat at night every day. Selva is loaded with pizzeria-restaurants and I save my review for the most pleasant one we encountered. Especially atmosphere and staff made the day. We had good bruschetta, nice mezzalune and acceptable fettuccini. There is a surprisingly long wine list. Reservation necessary!
29/01/2026: Probably the best pizzeria in Wolkenstein. Great food, great service, etc. Since the drinks were served a little late, the owner offered us two excellent grappas. We'll be back.
