Pizza, bruschetta, and fried foods were good. Only one mistake, which could be improved: the vegetable-filled pizza (with sautéed vegetables and mozzarella, as described by the lady over the phone) arrived only with zucchini and mozzarella. 🤔🤔🤔

This pizza restaurant is about 5 minutes walk from Lido nord station. We had a lovely dinner in L’altre Romolo! The owner was super patient and kind and explained throughly about the pizzas and appetizers. We’re foreigners but she really made us feel at home. We had great pizzas, one rosso with bacon, one with stratachela cheese, tomato’s and basil, and one parmigiana. All of them amazing. I recommend trying the fried rice balls which were great as well. If you stay in Fiumicino go get pizza from L’altre Romolo! I recommend it with all my heart ❤️.

Pizzeria L'Altro Romolo is a small, air-conditioned restaurant. It's charming, bright, welcoming, and well-maintained. The service is excellent, and the wood-fired pizzas are delicious. They also offer a daily menu and other dishes, appetizers, fried foods, and desserts, all truly delicious. Inside, there are several tables, seating about 20, and reservations are required. Outside, there are also 4 or 6 tables, seating about 10 or 15.

08/10/2025: Cheap, fast, and very tasty. Wide menu selection.
16/08/2025: Thin, easy-to-digest pizza. You can choose the type of flour used in the dough; I tried the whole wheat version, which was very good. The only downside is that you either make money or you add the toppings. Personally, it bothers me that the guy who adds the toppings without gloves touches the post or the cash. Otherwise, the guys are very good and kind.

10/03/2026: Beautiful atmosphere, but we waited 30 minutes for a wood-fired pizza that ended up being watery.
22/02/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant in Centocelle for many years. Delicious appetizers, excellent first courses, and excellent pizzas. Spacious restaurant with seating available (even outside). The staff is always friendly and helpful. A must-try.
