Beautiful restaurant in the center of Viterbo...but unfortunately, there were many flaws, both in the service and the food. The wait for appetizers was 45 minutes! The Calamari alla Luciana was tough, the sauce tasted thin, and the olives were from jars. The 3 pasta dishes served were almost raw, and the carbonara was so salty I had to leave it alone! The fried food and the sliced ​​meats were delicious! Another flaw was the dessert: 2 donuts, a tozzetto, and a small glass of vinsanto. €9 seems really too much, including the wine we know well, with an excessive markup. In my opinion, there's a lot of room for improvement.
