Very nice and welcoming restaurant. The waitress brought us a welcome drink, which was much appreciated. All the dishes we ordered were excellent, as was the plating. The service was impeccable. We will be back.

Beautiful restaurant in the center of Viterbo...but unfortunately, there were many flaws, both in the service and the food.
The wait for appetizers was 45 minutes! The Calamari alla Luciana was tough, the sauce tasted thin, and the olives were from jars.
The 3 pasta dishes served were almost raw, and the carbonara was so salty I had to leave it alone! The fried food and the sliced meats were delicious! Another flaw was the dessert: 2 donuts, a tozzetto, and a small glass of vinsanto. €9 seems really too much, including the wine we know well, with an excessive markup.
In my opinion, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Elegant and refined atmosphere, excellent prices from Monday to Friday only for lunch, with the fixed menu, which includes a first course, a second course, a side dish, coffee and a bottle of water you spend 15 euros per person, if you choose only a first course or only the second course the price is 10 euros ideal for quick lunches, in the evening and during the weekend the prices are significantly different, as is normal for a restaurant of this level in my opinion, but I think many who know this restaurant agree with me, the cuisine is excellent, the service the same, quiet and very comfortable environment for lunches and dinners to be enjoyed in perfect relaxation
