We stumbled upon it somewhat by chance on Saturday, September 20, 2025. We struggled to find it because the sign isn't very visible. That said, what can I say? Well done, well done, well done. The dishes are refined, delicious, and tasty. I've been around Lazio a bit and I have to say the quality/price ratio is amazing. I'll truly remember it fondly.

The restaurant is located in the center of Bauco (Boville E.). The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the dishes are traditional, revisited and updated for today. Reasonable prices, definitely recommended for a gastronomic experience in the historic center.

I had dinner at L'Altro Frantoio in Boville Ernica and I must say it was an excellent experience. The appetizers are truly delicious, plentiful, and with many courses, each more delicious than the last. The menu offers original and delicious first courses: I especially recommend the risottos, cooked to perfection, but the pasta dishes are equally as delicious. The house wine is also excellent, pairing beautifully with the dishes. All at a fair price, which makes the quality even more appreciable. This is an absolutely worthwhile place: I highly recommend it.
