The restaurant is located in the center of Bauco (Boville E.). The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the dishes are traditional, revisited and updated for today. Reasonable prices, definitely recommended for a gastronomic experience in the historic center.

I had dinner at L'Altro Frantoio in Boville Ernica and I must say it was an excellent experience. The appetizers are truly delicious, plentiful, and with many courses, each more delicious than the last. The menu offers original and delicious first courses: I especially recommend the risottos, cooked to perfection, but the pasta dishes are equally as delicious. The house wine is also excellent, pairing beautifully with the dishes. All at a fair price, which makes the quality even more appreciable. This is an absolutely worthwhile place: I highly recommend it.

Ever since Simone and his entire staff (Martina, Stefano "Chef") have arrived, this has become my favorite place! One of the few places where you leave satisfied with the price, the service, and the food.

We visited Boville Ernica and had lunch at this restaurant. A pleasant discovery to say the least, very good food, well cooked, well presented, the staff who welcomed and served us were very polite, understanding and kind. If we were to happen to be in those parts again we would definitely pop in again. Also the prices were not excessive, we were expecting something more. Truly highly recommended to everyone.

13/09/2025: A beautiful and characteristic restaurant in the historic heart of Sora. In nice weather, you can dine al fresco on the picturesque Canceglie street. The mountain antipasto is tasty and plentiful, featuring cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables, along with rustic pizzas and frittatas. The amatriciana and mixed roast meats are delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly.

From the pasta to the perfectly cooked meats and local specialties, everything tasted like it was made with love and tradition. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel like part of the family. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a true Italian charm that made the evening unforgettable. If you’re in Sora, this restaurant is a must-visit—we can’t wait to come back!

27/08/2025: The place is small, so reservations are recommended. The dishes are very good. We had an appetizer (fried calamari and anchovies), which was delicious, two first courses, also very good and plentiful, a portion of berry cheesecake (huge and delicious), some biscuits, and two coffees. The staff is very kind and the service is fast. The bill, especially considering the quality of the fish, was excellent. Highly recommended.
20/08/2025: Trattoria serving traditional local cuisine. Excellent value. Attentive and friendly service. Recommended!
