Great place. Big difference with Frantoio 1. Revisited traditional dishes, excellent raw materials, a good hand in the kitchen and truly excellent prices for the offer. The only complaint is the lack of any good wine labels. For the rest everything was excellent starting from the welcome, to the service and finishing at the table. Super recommended.

Wonderful place, exquisitely kind staff, managed by highly professional and competent guys, providing a cocktail of past tradition with current and innovative proposals. We were really happy with the menu and the service. I highly recommend it

Environment with stone walls and frescoed ceilings. Excellent quality cuisine with a starter made up of many delicacies and a more than honest price. The fake egg made with buffalo mozzarella and a reduction of yellow cherry tomatoes, served in a pan, certainly deserves a separate vote! All really very very good. But what makes the difference is the table service. Simone, the waiter and owner of the restaurant, puts his heart and soul into his work, giving customers smiles, attention and kindness. He works with skill, ready to satisfy every customer request. We will definitely be back. It is worth rewarding those who put a lot of passion, skill and friendliness into their work. At the serve I give a nice "diesci", as Alessandro Borghese would say!

23/01/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Sestilio and was pleasantly impressed by the authenticity and warmth of this place. If you are looking for an authentic culinary experience, made of simple and genuine flavours, in a welcoming and familiar environment, Trattoria Sestilio is the right place. The dishes are simple, homemade and really delicious. I really appreciated the care taken in choosing the fresh, quality ingredients. Each course was a riot of genuine flavours, which reminded me of Sunday family lunches. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. The restaurant is furnished in a simple but refined way, with details that recall tradition. I immediately felt at ease, like at home. The staff was very kind and attentive, always ready to satisfy my requests with a smile. I really appreciated their friendliness and the passion they put into their work. The quality of the food and service is excellent, especially considering the very honest price. I highly recommend Trattoria Sestilio to those looking for an authentic culinary experience, made up of genuine flavors and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A place where you can feel pampered and enjoy simple dishes prepared with love.
19/01/2025: Io la mia Compagna, incuriositi e seguendo le ottime recensioni ,siamo capitati per la prima volta ( 12 gennaio 2025 ) in questa storica trattoria e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti e soddisfatti dapprima del locale, della pulizia ,dell’attenzione rivolta ai clienti , dalla cortesia e professionalità dei camerieri tutti. Tutto sicuramente importante e non scontato! Ma…la cosa più piaciuta e gradita : tutto cio che si era mangiato. A partire dalla pasta fatta giornalmente in casa e ben esposta in una grande vetrina frigo illuminata. i secondi , solo per definizione ai primi. Tutto ottimo e da consigliare senza timore alcuno!! dimenticavo , rapporto qualità prezzo: 10 e LODE

28/12/2024: Ceremony location, enviable view. Elegant and well-kept outdoor spaces. Inside there is a convivial atmosphere. The staff is professional and very attentive to every customer need. Each dish offered is illustrated with obsessive precision and enthusiasm by the restaurant manager. The service is efficient and precise with times. The portions are generous, the quality and freshness of the fish are unquestionable. Courtesy reigns supreme at the castle tavern, we were honored with a delicious "entrée" and a final bubble which contributed to making our dinner even more pleasant and tasty. Prices related to the quality and quantity of what you eat and drink. There are not many seats, it helps to create a pleasant atmosphere and quality service but it is obvious that booking is also worthwhile on midweek. Five stars well deserved. I would undoubtedly become long-winded in the description of each dish because everything was really excellent, the photos speak for themselves. Congratulations and see you soon.
