Tappa obbligatoria delle nostre vacanze in passato e ci eravamo trovati sempre bene, poi nel 2021 c'era stata una flessione tanto che negli anni successivi non eravamo più venuti.
Quest'anno decidiamo di tornarci per cenare e purtroppo non ha mantenuto quel bel ricordo di un tempo.
Antipasto con diverse portate ma niente di particolare.
Risotto con crema di cime di rapa e gamberi discreto. Buono il gelato alle mandorle.
Location davvero bella.

Restaurant located in the center of Racale with a very large environment made up of several rooms, all very characteristic. The menu is mainly composed of typical dishes of the Salento tradition. We took the tasting of appetizers for two which was very abundant and you could even have dinner with just that, a must try. Afterwards we ordered the risotto with turnip top cream and red prawns which was excellent and the grilled prawns were also good. Caring and welcoming staff. An added value is represented by the owner Tonio with whom we stopped to chat at the end of the evening and who made us feel at home.
P.S. ask to see the pool in the cave, you will be speechless!

The L'Acchiatura restaurant is a true hidden jewel located in a timeless place that transmits warmth and serenity. Staff always present, courteous and professional. the journey of flavors begins with traditional Salento starters, first and second courses. The almond ice cream, prepared by them, was the finishing touch of a splendid dinner. I highly recommend.

Beautiful place, we had dinner with friends and took their proposal of plentiful and excellent mixed starters, especially the smoked burratina and the aubergine meatballs. The first courses were appreciated by all, a special praise for the almond ice cream. We will be back

Serata spettacolare, posto bellissimo e molto curato. Il personale è giovane carino e con tanta volontà.
Da provare assolutamente il mix di antipasti, curati, con molta varietà è veramente divertenti.
Insomma vale la gita ma non voglio raccontare troppo se no vi rovino la sorpresa
