Great meal. Magical and relaxing atmosphere in an old convent. Appetizers with simple but very good ingredients. We love broad beans and chicory! We then had some first courses and a slice of tuna, all very good... The service is worthy of note, very kind and professional waiters, in particular the maître, who has been a regular presence in the place for years, who pampered us like no one before. Highly recommended.

What can I say… everything was perfect, the environment was taken care of down to the smallest details, the staff was welcoming and professional… good food of excellent quality and their dishes tell the tradition and typical flavors of Salento. The restaurant holds a history and guests can admire an underground pool.

The place is nice but let's say that one does not go only for the place. Banal menu and Without anything that characterizes the place especially in the proposal of the second courses. Recommended Michelin but not worth the trip, if you are passing through ok but not to go there specifically. The mixed appetizer seems between a pub and an 80's restaurant. The first course of octopus like a seafood carbonara lacked everything.

Honestly, 5 stars are too few... I celebrated twice, important ceremonies such as my daughter's first communion a few years ago and my son's confirmation today. The courtesy, the kindness, the service, the excellent and abundant dishes from the starters to the first and second courses.... The welcome, availability and courtesy of Caterina and all the staff are unparalleled. I went back and will go back again.... I highly recommend... Very honest prices! A big hug to Caterina and her wonderful staff ❤️

The managers, friendly and professional, know the dishes well and offer solutions in case of intolerances. Fantastic tasting menu! The 5 appetizers offer the opportunity to taste different recipes and all excellent. Tasty first and second courses and abundant dishes. Excellent wine!
