Restaurant like it used to be: double cloth tablecloth and napkins, extensive menu of starters, first and second courses from land and sea. Very honest prices. Advised!

La Zingarella is an excellent neighborhood restaurant, a beautiful old-fashioned room, discreet and very professional service. The menu is varied and offers different traditional Italian dishes as well as pizzas. This evening we had a veal escalope with lemon sauce and a Saltimbocca all accompanied by vegetables in Contorni, it was simple but excellent, finely cooked. Don’t hesitate to come in to taste this very good cuisine.

Anche questa domenica a La Zingarella ho trovato antipasti assortiti e saporiti, primi eccellenti come lasagna bianca, rigatoni all'amatriciana, e pappardelle al cinghiale, secondi gustosi come coda alla vaccinara, coratella e abbacchio allo scottadito, e contorni genuini come carciofi fritti, carciofi alla romana, cicoria, e broccoli romani... per non parlare del loro prelibato tiramisù!

A "safe" place! Excellent and well presented food, friendly staff and a family atmosphere. In short, what you expect from a Roman trattoria in a neighborhood that I love. Try it to believe it!

Reservation respected and recommended at least Friday and Saturday. Roman pizza and fried foods done to perfection. Friendly service. Low prices (pizzas max 10/12 euros) and supplements 1.5 euros. Spent less than 20 euros each. I highly recommend it for a family pizza and without the desire for gourmet pizzas. Parking difficult. Come early. Noisy environment.

In zona Furio Camillo, c’è questa hostaria romana tradizionale. Molto bella la location, un poco isolato il quartiere.
Abbiamo mangiato bene piatti tipici romani: saltimbocca alla romana, supplì e vitello a scaloppina. Qualità di cibo ottima.
Servizio un poco lento veramente, non attentissimi ai clienti “non abituali”, mentre si intrattenevano molto con gli “habitué“ del locale.
Conto un poco salato veramente: mai pagato il pane a parte (e non lo avevamo neppure chiesto, l’ho trovato in ricevuta).
