I am celiac and I have taken take-away pizza and I can say that the difference compared to the classic pizza is almost imperceptible good quality products very tasty pizzas to recommend for those like me and also for those accompanying you do not swim the difference moreover they make both classic pizzas and those for celiacs

Pizzeria with industrial decor. I booked and they were punctual in seating us, fast service. Gluten-free pizza among the best in Turin. Wide choice of both traditional and special pizzas. Craft beers and gluten-free beers. The same for desserts, choice between normal and gluten-free. Friendly waiting staff.

Very good and light pizza, wide variety of pizzas although it would be nice to see some vegan options.
The prices of pizzas and beer are a bit high, the cover charge is €2.50. I still give 5 stars because I liked the pizza and I also ate the edges (which rarely happens!). The place and location are excellent and the staff are friendly.

I am celiac, I was looking for a well-made pizza, WELL MADE. I found it. Phenomenal gluten-free pizza, similar to the real Neapolitan one, tasty and full of ingredients, in a word: special. The aspect that struck me the most is that the edge, the base, the dough of the gluten-free pizza is NOT frozen, they have not already prepared it, as they do in 70% of pizzerias, so needless to say but the crust is also perfect, which can finally be eaten and you do not have to leave it on the plate like, I repeat, 70% of pizzerias that limit themselves to just filling it. Finally a Degni pizzeria that works Well and without superficiality even regarding gluten-free, a guarantee, WELL DONE guys, you NEVER stop.

Lo ammetto subito all'inizio, sono di parte.
Simone è un amico, prima ancora che un pizzaiolo, di quelli veramente molto pignoli (direi un ).
Ma come lui sa molto bene, non sono tipo da fare i complimenti quando non sono guadagnati sul campo. Per me è una pizza che vale l'attraversamento della città, che si unisce a combinazioni interessanti (anche se ormai le pizze gourmet sono diventate uno standard) e la capacità di cercare idee nuove, insieme ad una attenzione che definirei maniacale per le farine e gli impasti che gli fa fare quella che, a mio avviso, al momento, è la miglior pizza senza glutine del circondario.
Da provare assolutamente la tarte tatin gluten free.
