Recommended by friends and chosen because there were various dishes on the menu for 2 friends who are one vegan and one vegetarian. I would start with the service to say that it was a bit "distracted", the wine arrived after the starters and the starters were incomplete. Let's move on to the Samsara location, located outside in a transparent and well-maintained gazebo a few minutes after our arrival even at a comfortable temperature. The food... I didn't find anything special, we took the vegetarian starters as the slicer for the cured meats was broken. Only 2 first courses present, of which it was a lasagna with vegetables which to my taste was nothing more than pasta with vegetables, no particular, special or different flavour. I leave 4 stars for the food because the quality of the products was very good. Compared to the photos in the reviews, some dishes are different, such as the appetizer (perhaps it changes according to the season).

Restaurant in a tavern context inside the villa, under a very elegant and well-kept vault. I was struck by the particular and original menu as in addition to the omnivorous version, there is a vegan version of everything, even with ingredients not common in restaurants. Personally, I had the chickpea farinata as a starter, and seitan scallops with pepper sauce to eat. All very tasty and good, without ever exaggerating in the balance of the components of the dish. It was a very very pleasant dinner.

Beautiful place and atmosphere, unfortunately during the evening the light went out. The management of this unexpected event was not the best. We customers were left without updates or solutions since not all dishes could be cooked. We asked for information at least 3 times. Sitting at 8.15pm I had dinner at 10pm. Quality raw materials. We'll try again.

Location, excellent service and menu, very interesting, the possibility of having a large menu, both traditional omnivore and vegetarian, which makes this place ideal for groups where there are different dietary needs. Absolutely recommended. Average bill with a good bottle of wine. You will spend around €50 each

Excellent place, I have come here several times for birthdays or dinners with friends. The food is really good and the service is super friendly, in my opinion highly recommended because it also offers many vegan and vegetarian options. If you really had to find the needle in the haystack, the bathroom is outside the dining room and in winter it may not be the best on a cold day. But as previously mentioned, everything else is really great

Cenato nella taverna in un bell’ambiente e con un’ ottima accoglienza e un’ altrettanto ottimo servizio; scelto menu’ vegano con portate di qualità e ben assortite. Tavoli comodi e spaziosi ; servizio impeccabile Consigliato !!!!

It was wonderful to find such a vast choice of vegan dishes and so well structured, a sensitivity and execution that I have rarely found, congratulations!

Very interesting location with well-lit dining room under the red brick vault. Attentive service and well prepared and plated food. The Alpeggio platter and the chestnut tagliatelle with white duck sauce are very good. Quite varied menu also excellent for vegans and vegetarians. The vegetable lasagne is also very good. Prices a little above average but worth it for the quality. The carrot cake and blueberry cheesecake are excellent.

Samsara: the historic building is very beautiful, the trompe-l'œil of the room is interesting, it's a shame that the lighting and furnishings make it a little "cold". The vegetarian menu didn't convince me, the dishes had no character, no strong flavour, but everything was rather "flattened", like the presentation, without any personality. On the contrary to the meat, which, according to other friends at the table, was excellent, but I'm a vegetarian anyway. Maybe it's better that they just dedicate themselves to this.
