La Vigna Del Maestro In Bene vagienna

Passing through with my family and a couple of friends with children, we stayed at this delightful agriturismo on November 29th. We found it by chance, looking for a place in the area to have dinner and spend the night, and we were in luck. It's an old country farmhouse, tastefully renovated, with three rooms on the first floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. Dinner was a surprise, featuring traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared with care and dedication; it's no coincidence that the restaurant was fully booked. The room we slept in was very welcoming, clean, and warm. Chiara, the owner, a kind and thoughtful young woman, was helpful and attentive, making us feel at home. A place to consider next time we're in the area.

Near Bene Vagienna, nestled in the countryside in the hamlet of Santo Stefano—a plateau offering stunning views of the city's rooftops and the Alps, including Monviso—is this welcoming restaurant with a varied and varied menu. We visited with friends and families, and even children were welcomed. The outdoor space also provides ample space for entertaining, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable lunch for everyone. The wine list is comprehensive and varied, and the menu features classic dishes interpreted with a contemporary twist—nutritious and delicious—evidently crafted. The dishes are carefully crafted and delicious. The service is attentive and meticulous. I hope to return to visit Chiara and her staff soon!

If you want to eat well and spend some time in the countryside, unplug from the city, immersed in the middle of nowhere with a view of Monviso, this is the place. And what about the food? Fantastic Their veal with tuna sauce is excellent, but especially the agnolotti with sausage and leeks. I finally found a place whose agnolotti come close to the ones my grandmother used to make, with two roasts, cotechino, and sauerkraut.

Whenever we can, we visit this oasis of peace and warmth. Chiara, who has now become a friend, and her staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful (we even made a birthday cake 🎂 as soon as they heard about it). The location is a carefully renovated old farmhouse with a restaurant on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs, each more beautiful than the last! The dishes are prepared with the freshest, local ingredients and are impeccably presented. You can choose between the tasting menu and à la carte dishes. What more can I say? Highly recommended!

We stumbled upon it by chance after choosing a place to eat with my friends, and I must say we were happy with our choice. A lovely location in the Cuneo countryside, overlooking the Cottian Alps and surrounded by greenery. A lovely, intimate place with very friendly staff. The food is Piedmontese cuisine with a slightly reinterpreted twist. The quality is good, though some things could still be improved, like the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, which lacked flavor. Otherwise, a good compromise, even in terms of price. Excellent rating for the desserts, especially the tarte tatin... fantastic!!

Lunch is a bit expensive for what you get but all in all the food is good.
