I've eaten here several times when I've been passing through Chieti, and some friends and I met here for some arrosticini. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the owners are welcoming. If you're looking for a pleasant evening, this is the place for you.

A cute, if somewhat hidden, place with seating both inside and on the patio. Typical Abruzzo cuisine, a short menu that speaks volumes of excellent quality (few items, but very well done). The arrosticini are excellent, one of the few places where they're still handmade for €1.20. The cheesecake is also good. In short: top quality, a nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff. A well-deserved 5 out of 5.

Limited menu but excellent quality! No first courses, but a variety of grilled meats, appetizers, side dishes, and specialty dishes (e.g., pecorino alla callara). Good prices and friendly, helpful staff. This place is worth it!

At the instigation of my uncle, who lives in Abruzzo, we went to dinner at this fantastic restaurant to enjoy some typical Abruzzo specialties. The appetizer menu is all set, with the same dishes for all tables (which also speeds up service), but without sacrificing quality, as the products are truly local, unlike those gourmet restaurants in my neighborhood. We ate until we dropped, as it's more of an old-fashioned trattoria than a restaurant. Finally, we finished with the arrosticini, which were nothing short of succulent, served in the classic terracotta pot (one leads to another). The waiters were always very friendly and quick in their service, serving and clearing the tables like a veritable assembly line. Highly recommended place, we'll go again.

Menu’ non troppo ampio ma tutto assolutamente buonissimo. Consiglio l’antipasto misto come inizio che permette di assaporare gusti diversi e accontentare tutti. Ottime le verdure. Poi si può passare agli arrosticini e scegliere quali e quanti. Tutti buonissimi a parte quelli con il fegato ma per un gusto mio personale non per il fatto che fossero meno buoni. Carne cucinata benissimo e tenerissima. Personale rapido e gentile. Assolutamente da andarci per gustare qualcosa di tipico a prezzi assolutamente onesti.
