La Veranda In

Very welcoming place, right by the beach and you get a great view if you sit by the windows. It’s decorated in a cozy marine style— although I don’t like seafood they have other dishes in their menu and it was very delicious, big portions as well. My boyfriend enjoyed their seafood dishes and white wine. They don’t speak English but they are very nice and put in effort to communicate with us. Also useful to mention that there is a tabaccheria inside to buy cigarettes. The only down side was that it got a bit loud inside when a crowded table was seated right behind us— but not a big issue. Definitely a hidden gem to stop by if your holiday is nearby!

I would like to thank the owners and staff of this place! I spent a week in Ardea with my family. Every morning I had great coffee and pastries. We had lunch and dinner several times in the restaurant and they were always flexible and helpful. I am grateful to them! Have a nice day!

I must have been there on a day when the chef wasn't very creative. I had a seafood appetizer dipped in vinegar and a seafood risotto with tomato sauce (which I didn't like). There was a bit of liquid, perhaps he forgot to stir it in. Excellent location right on the sea. Good price, €21 with water and service.

I went to the restaurant and had a sadly bad experience. The seafood salad was acceptable, but the seafood spaghetti was inedible, so I sent it back. The mussels in the soup were cold, so it was a truly bad experience. I'm sorry to have to write a review like this, but I sincerely hope it helps you improve. Best regards.
